Now a court in Nassau County, New York, has officially rubber-stamped the ceasefire.

The once-feuding parents of Lindsay Lohan have just left court after reaching an agreement on their long-running child support dispute.

The pair had also pledged a mutual understanding on how to support their troubled daughter Lindsay.
“The Lohans are extremely happy the matter is resolved,” Michael’s lawyer told reporters.
But already, the gap between Michael and Dina is starting to emerge, albeit ever-so-slightly.

Outside court, Michael told RadarOnline.com he did not want his daughter to feature in the upcoming biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace.
“Why would any parent want their child to be involved in a rape scene,” Michael said.
“Dina wants Lindsay to do it because she thinks its artistic... I don’t.”

The troubled actress believes that playing the tragic porn star can kick-start her faltering career and put her back on the Hollywood map.
That aside, Michael said he was happy his daughter was installed with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and that she was “living a healthier lifestyle” and “running with a different crowd”.

For her part, Dina maintained Judge Marsha Revel — who ordered Lindsay not to drink alcohol, to attend alcohol education class once a week and to undergo random drug testing — was “harsh”.

A week earlier, Lohan and Ronson got into a very public screaming match at the Tea Room in Hollywood.

In a recent interview, Lohan admitted she wanted to make it work with Ronson.
"I never really thought about women before, it kind of just happened with Samantha,” she said.

Lohan is due in court July 6 for a hearing to determine whether she violated the terms of her probation by skipping alcohol education classes, which she was sentenced to after her second DUI conviction in 2007.
If a judge rules that the troubled star did, she could face 180 days in jail.

It’s the great mystery of Lindsay Lohan’s court drama.
LiLo’s legal eagle, Shawn Chapman Holley, lost a bid on Monday to relax restrictions involving drug and alcohol testing, so the sometime actress, all-time party girl can supposedly attend a film shoot in Texas.
However, the curious problem is, everyone involved in Lohan’s upcoming projects tell RadarOnline.com, there’s no plans to film in the Lone Star State.

Lohan is lined-up to play porn star Linda Lovelace in Inferno.
But director Matthew Wilder told RadarOnline.com he had no intention of shooting his movie in Texas.

Likewise, the studio behind Robert Rodriguez’s Machete -- in which Lohan goes topless as gun-toting socialite April Benz -- also confirmed it’s done in Texas.
“The movie is done filming and we are set for release,” said a spokesperson for Twentieth Century Fox.

According to her IMDB, Inferno and Machete are the only two projects Lohan is currently attached to.
Lohan went to Cannes to promote the Lovelace biopic, where she claimed to have become stranded forcing her to miss a mandatory court appearance in Los Angeles.

Wilder said producers are “standing-by” Lohan, despite her latest legal woes.
He told RadarOnline.com: “I want people to know that we are completely standing-by Lindsay Lohan to play the part of Linda Lovelace.

“These events have not made us waiver in that decision as we believe she is a very talented actress who is perfect for the role.
“I cannot comment about filming in Texas because we are going to film Inferno in Los Angeles and expect to start in September.

Wilder also claimed that he had not heard from actor Bill Pullman whose publicist claimed that he was not attached to Inferno after he was reportedly taking part.

Lindsay Lohan might have escaped jail and maintained her freedom -- for now -- but she’s doing it with a new BFF.
LiLo’s new pal is a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor, or SCRAM.

And while the SCRAM certainly is not the haute couture LiLo is used to, the bracelet is much more sleeker than the last time she voluntarily wore it, back in 2007.
“It’s quite a bit different than the one that was being used in 2007 in that it’s a lot smaller,” said Kathleen Brown, a spokesperson for the company that manufactures the device.

“It’s about the size of a deck of cards that you wear on the outside of the ankle.
“She will find it much, much more comfortable... and it’s much easier to hide underneath pants.”

Lindsay was installed with her SCRAM inside the Beverly Hills courthouse, where Judge Marsha Revel ordered the troubled star to be abstinent from alcohol and drugs, while her case is pending.
Here’s how it works.
The SCRAM helps monitor people with alcohol addiction by testing the individual wearing the bracelet's sweat every 30 minutes.

“It’s basically like a breathalyzer for your ankle,” Brown said.
“Once every 30 minutes, a little pump comes on inside the bracelet and takes a sample of what’s called insensible perspiration.
“That’s how it decides if there’s alcohol in her system.”

The device reports results to a modem placed in an offender's house, which reports to an internet based application monitored by a special government agency.
“However, if someone is a high risk offender they might ask for them more frequently and that can be done as often as six times a day,” added Brown.
The SCRAM has become a popular tool used by courts to help defendants help overcome their addiction.

Traditionally, courts had employed various monitoring methods, including random or daily breath testing or even attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous.
And the SCRAM, it seems, works: the average compliance rate of offenders with bracelets is about 71 percent.

Until Judge Revel decides Lindsay can remove it, Lohan must wear the device at all times -- even in the shower -- or a pool.
And just in case you were thinking... the ankle bracelets are tamper-proof.

In Judge Marsha Revel’s chambers Monday, Lindsay Lohan and her lawyer were unable to provide a plane ticket proving she had a trip home for a mandatory court date, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The meeting took place after Lindsay and her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley represented in court that the could produce proof that Lindsay had a plane ticket for May 19, the day before she was required to appear in Los Angeles court for a probation status update hearing.

But Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Lohan did NOT produce a plane ticket she claimed to have when the parties met after Monday’s court proceeding.
"All I got was an itinerary for travel on May 18th, and not a plane ticket,” Meyers told RadarOnline.com exclusively. ”I did get a copy of Ms. Lohan's plane ticket and boarding pass for May 22nd.

“I will definitely be bringing this up at the probation violation hearing," Meyers told us. That hearing is set for July 6.
"I think she is very upset with the conditions the court imposed," Meyers told RadarOnline.com about Lindsay.

Lohan was ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and was fitted with one at the courthouse. She was ordered not to drink alcohol, to attend alcohol education class once a week and to undergo random drug testing, which will happen at least once a week.
The judge denied her request to not wear the SCRAM bracelet, which Lohan’s lawyer said would interfere with upcoming photo shoots and a movie role. The judge also denied Lohan’s request to go to Texas, where the actress said she is scheduled to film Inferno.
Meyers told RadarOnline.com after today’s hearing that if Lindsay tests positive for drugs or violates any term of her probation, the judge can revoke her bail and issue an arrest warrant.

An arrest warrant was issued last week when Lindsay was a no-show for her court date. Bond was posted on $100,000 bail and the warrant was recalled.

Dina says the media circus “put the judge under spotlight and she has to be very cautious and the world is watching her, so she has to be obviously fair. But my attorney said she wasn’t quite fair and didn’t want to hear anything about her stolen passport.”

Dina said Lindsay has proof that her passport was stolen. Dina says she emailed a copy of the passport to Lindsay, but it wasn’t good enough for authorities. “We have police reports, we have tickets,” she said referring to airline tickets that were booked for Lindsay’s return to LA.

Dr. Drew Pinsky believes Lindsay Lohan needs help and needs it fast, as he told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
But Lind-sanity fired back at Dr. Drew’s comments with enough force that he should duck. Duck as in quack, quack!

Of course Dr. Drew isn’t the only one saying Lindsay needs help. Her friends and family are so concerned about her they are urging her to go to rehab. She has been seen out most nights partying.

Dr. Drew told RadarOnline.com: "I would say it's less than a 1% chance of her making the decision to go to rehab. I have said this many times before, I believe that Lindsay will make a wonderful sober person, someday, if she survives this. I absolutely wish no harm to her, but I just have a feeling that something awful is going to happen to her, like she is going to lose a limb. I hope Lindsay gets help before something terrible happens."
He also said that is Lindsay was his daughter he’d put illegal drugs in her car, call the cops and make her go to jail until she was forced into a rehab program.
