RadarOnline.com learned that Michael and fiancé Kate Major arrived in Los Angeles Wednesday night. Michael told RadarOnlne.com that he is concerned about the welfare of his younger daughter Ali, who is staying with Lindsay.

“We went to Lindsay’s apartment with the sheriff to check on Ali’s welfare and already had it out with Lindsay and Ali,” Michael told RadarOnline.com.
Lindsay continued her Tweeting and wrote: “My lawyer isn't answering I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE'S NUTS!!! when will it ever end... it's been going on my whole life with him-hasn't he caused enough pain ? he has NEVER paid child support, and is marrying a tabloid writer and can barely spell his own name due to his "brain" that has been ruined. let's not forget, that my father KIDNAPPED me from a COURT ROOM when i was 4 years old and is CRAZY. i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister's safety, as well as my own.”

Michael Lohan says he genuinely fears for his youngest daughter Ali Lohan’s life, and that is why he stormed Lindsay’s apartment on Thursday.

“I have been and I am concerned about Lindsay and I had plans to sit down with her and her lawyer,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “But when I found out two days ago that my sixteen year old daughter was at Coachella…and that the two of them were in a car driving back from Palm Springs at 115 miles an hour, I became concerned about what Ali is being exposed to. “

Michael says he knows how fast Lindsay’s car was going because he had them followed by a paprazzo friend of his.
“Especially after all that went down with Ali and Lindsay in Europe,” Michael says, “I am concerned about the elements that Ali is being exposed to.”
Michael didn’t explain the Europe reference, but there was another incident elsewhere. Earlier this year, RadarOnline.com posted photos of Lindsay, 23 and Ali, 16, crying hysterically on cell phones while on a yacht in St. Barth’s. The press reported that the sisters were upset over hearing news that Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson had died.

But Michael told RadarOnline.com exclusively the drama was much more personal and serious.
“Ali disappeared for 3 days over there. She and Lindsay got into a fight and Ali disappeared and took off with that guy Patrick [Aufdenkamp]. Lindsay called me up hysterical and I arranged to have a private plane pick them up. But then Dina and her ex-boyfriend got involved and thwarted all my plans.”

Michael says he showed up unannounced at Lindsay’s West Hollywood apartment on Thursday not to stage a drug intervention, but to do a welfare check on Ali.
He told RadarOnline.com, “The biggest problem here is Dina. Either Lindsay sits down and talks to me or I’ll get child protective services involved and ask for a conservatorship.”

Oprah left no stone unturned when it came to her hour long questioning of Young, grilling him about Edwards' shocking extra marital affair, the love child Edwards fathered with his mistress, Rielle Hunter, the sex tape Edwards made and Young's own involvement in the whole scandal.

Young's wife Cheri seconded her husband's sentiments when it came to Edwards, telling Oprah the couple did everything for the politician and his wife during the time they worked for them, and that her husband had never been able to say no to Edwards.

Young said that watching Edwards' televised denial that he was the father of Rielle's baby, sent "shivers up my spine" going on to say that "it's just spooky, you know that every word coming out of his mouth is a lie, yet you believe him."
Young went on to tell of his discovery of the Edwards sex tape that was made with Rielle, stating, "It's not an alleged sex tape. It shows him. It doesn't show Rielle.

An upcoming court showdown has just taken a dramatic new turn for Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi.
Gretchen has taken out a temporary restraining order against Jay Photogiou, who may or may not have been her secret lover, depending on whose version of the story you believe. She claims Jay threatened to kill her and her dogs and burn down her house. The two are headed to court on March 27.
Now RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jay will take a lie detector test and present the results in court!
Jay told RadarOnline.com that he will answer the key question: Did you threaten to kill Gretchen?
Gretchen, 31, filed the original restraining order request March 6. The reality TV star has had more drama than a marathon of Lifetime TV movies! In court papers she claimed Jay tried to break into her house, threatened to strangle her in the middle of the night and hang himself in her bedroom to prove they lived together.
She says they never had a romantic relationship. He says they did. She has given interviews, however, where she says they dated for a very short time before she was engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who is now deceased.
It's a never-ending war of words between the Bravo star and her ex (or maybe not) lover.
