Britney Spears former manager Sam Lutfi has been dealt a huge setback in his lawsuit against the Toxic singer and her parents for breach of contract, defamation and libel, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lynne Spears has fired back at her daughter, Britney's one-time manager, Sam Lutfi, in court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Lutfi had originally filed a lawsuit against the Spears clan, including Lynne, several years ago for defamation and libel because of statements that were made about him in a memoir that Lynne wrote.

Lynne Spears has fired back at her daughter, Britney's one-time manager, Sam Lutfi, in court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Lutfi had originally filed a lawsuit against the Spears clan, including Lynne, several years ago for defamation and libel because of statements that were made about him in a memoir that Lynne wrote.

Lynne subsequently filed an appeal asking that the lawsuit against her be thrown out, arguing that she was protected by the First Amendment.

He threatened. He sued. David Beckham has followed through on his threat to sue a magazine for a story claiming he'd had sex with a hooker, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The soccer superstar filed suit against In Touch Weekly magazine Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

He threatened. He sued. David Beckham has followed through on his threat to sue a magazine for a story claiming he'd had sex with a hooker, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The soccer superstar filed suit against In Touch Weekly magazine Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The suit also names as a defendant former prostitute Irma Nici, who was quoted as saying she'd had sex with the tattooed Brit in 2007.

The story is "completely untrue and totally ridiculous," Beckham has said.

David has been married to Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham for 11 years. They have three sons.
