Even a surfer dude needs to lay down roots eventually, and actor Matthew McConaughey has laid his down in his home town of Austin, Texas after buying a beautiful 9-acre estate.

The Lincoln Lawyer star, fiancée Camila Alves son, Levi, and daughter, Vida, are expected to soon be moving into the three-story, 10,800-square foot home, which, with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, has plenty of room for more pairs of little feet.
