It was an evening of love and hate on the red carpet of the Love Ball in London, as stars stepped out in the Best And Worst of fashions. While supermodel hostess Natalia Vodianova was the orange crush of the evening, looking absolutely ravishing in a puff-shouldered, Louis Vuitton cocktail dress, Brit songstress Leona Lewis bombed at the ball in another, one-shouldered gown, in a putrid shade of citrus.

She’s a hot mess and she’s falling in London! Courtney Love took a style (and literal!) spill on a wild night out in London, wearing a crocheted, laced and embroidered frock with patterned nylons, green pointy-toed heels, and a little girl’s headband. The troubled singer was snapped falling down after leaving a gig at the Shepard’s Bush Empire, only a night after she looked oh so put together in a nude Miu Miu mini at the BRIT Awards.
Meanwhile, at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, Valentine’s Day star Jessica Biel took in the Fall 2010 Collections, looking timeless and tasteful in glam threads. Wearing a light, grey coat over a dark grey shift, with nude heels and a Chanel Bag, the sizzling siren was dressed to impress.

Music’s hottest stars flocked to the 2010 BRIT Awards (and the after parties) on Tuesday in London, where they were recognized for both their lyrical choices and their fashion choices. Alicia Keys, who was just in Brazil filming the music video for Love Song with Beyonce, ditched her Carnival themed couture, replacing it with a ritzy look by Balmain.

The cover of the 1993 R.E.M. ballad will benefit the Haiti Diaster Fund and features an all-star cast, including Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, Rod Stewart, Jon Bon Jovi, Leona Lewis, Kylie Minogue, James Blunt, Take That (with Robbie Williams), Susan Boyle, Michael Buble, Mika and James Morrison. "We are thrilled the song can help," said Michael Stipe of R.E.M., who have relinquished all royalty rights to help the cause.
