Halle Berry is paying her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry's legal fees in connection with their ongoing custody dispute over their three year old daughter Nahla, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The battling parents squared off in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday over allegations that Aubry pushed the nanny while holding the toddler. The Canadian model has emphatically denied the allegations, but is under criminal investigation for battery and child endangerment.
