David Caruso's ex-girlfriend, Liza Marquez, now has one less lawsuit to deal with. In documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, a nanny, Maria Guadron, who filed a lawsuit against Liza several weeks ago, has decided to drop the lawsuit against Caruso's ex.
Guadron had claimed wrongful termination, but as RadarOnline.com has previously reported, CSI: Miami star Caruso maintained that he, not Marquez, paid Guadron for her services.
Caruso and Marquez are embroiled in ongoing litigation over child support for their two children.

Justin Timberlake has been drawn into a lawsuit claiming he'd promised to appear in South America last year, and didn't. The singer is not, however, named as a defendant in the case filed June 19 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The plaintiffs, Juan Vala and Roger Vivekanada are claiming that several entities including Art Gamino, Ken Stuart, and Moonlight Live Entertainment promised to deliver the "artist known as Justin Timberlake" for the concerts for the sum of between $650,000 and $750,000. They've now learned that the people they made the deal with had "no relationship" with Timberlake and they're asking for damages of $500,000.

Jack Nicholson says Hollywood producer Mark Canton can't handle the truth -- and the truth, according to Jack, is that Canton owes him more than $1.2 million.
Canton, a Hollywood production exec, has defaulted on a loan Jack bought from a bank, according to a lawsuit The Joker filed against him on Friday.
