Actress Mariska Hargitay has found a way to juggle motherhood and work -- by bringing her baby to the set!
The Law and Order: SVU star was snapped carrying her baby girl Amaya Josephine as she left the set of her hit NBC show on Thursday.

Hargitay, 47, and her husband, actor Peter Hermann, 43, adopted the little girl in April.

We’re not ashamed to admit it—we’re full of Glee and damn proud! On what other show would a jealous wife (that would be Terri—fake baby bump and all) get a job as a school nurse (sans any medical experience) to make sure her husband stays faithful. We gotta say she may be unethical and crazy—but she’s right to worry. Will definitely has a thing for Emma!

The new fall season rolls on with some of its best and brightest new shows premiering tonight. NBC gets in on the nursing trend with their show Mercy about the trials and tribulations of nurses at a New Jersey hospital. Nurses include one played by Taylor Schilling who has just returned from a tour of duty in Iraq and a rookie learning the ropes played by Michelle Trachtenberg.
