Balloon Boy dad Richard Heene is on target to see out the remainder of his work release program from home, RadarOnline.com has learned. However, authorities will tag him with an electronic ankle bracelet to keep tabs on him.

Heene – who is currently being housed at the Alternative Sentencing Unit adjacent to Larimer County Detention Center in Colorado – has pleased authorities with his progress during his sixty day work release program which he began on February 7, 2010.

Balloon Boy dad Richard Heene is undertaking manual labor as part of his 60 day work release program, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The controversial former reality star – who entered the Alternative Sentencing Unit beside Larimer County Jail in Colorado on February 7, 2010 – has been ‘progressing well’ according to sources.

As part of the program Heene has had to find gainful employment and pay a minimum of $18 a day fee back to the facility which is like a community style hall adjacent to the prison.
