Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman went head-to-head with chat show queen Oprah Winfrey on Tuesday and admitted that having octuplets on top of the six children she already had was "childish."

RadarOnline.com has learned that PETA, the People For Ethical Treatment Of Animals, “has offered to help Nadya (Suleman) with a small payment in exchange for allowing PETA to place a sign on Nadya’s front lawn,” attorney Jeff Czech confirmed.

The seller, Amer Haddadin had threatened to foreclose on the home on Tuesday, but Czech has confirmed “I am still in negotiations with counsel for Amer Haddadin in an effort to obtain more time to refinance the balloon note.”

Haddadin claims that Nadya’s father bought the house a year ago, but hasn’t made good on a $450,000 balloon payment.

Attorney Jeff Czech says “the rain water was improperly drained toward the house, resulting in one head injury to a child along with water damage to personal property.” Angela claims Nadya has spent thousands on repairs. Unfortunately, it seems the busy mom of 14 was so distracted by her conversation that she forgot to hang up her call before driving away, continuing to talk on her cell as she drove down the road.

UPDATE: Octo-Mom Recovering At Home From Surgery

Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home in La Habra, California following surgery to remove benign muscular tumors from the wall of her uterus.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Suleman suffered internal bleeding when she first went under the knife for the procedure earlier this month. Doctors at Kaiser Permanente in Bellflower, California were forced to stop the surgery at that time, and resume the operation a few days later.
Car Seat Thrown Through Octo-Mom's Rear Window

A nanny for Nadya "Octo-mom" Suleman told police Wednesday she heard a loud noise in the middle of the night -- which turned out to be the sound of a baby's car seat ricocheting through the rear window of Suleman's minivan.
The nanny, according to La Habra Police Lt. Fred Wiste, heard a loud noise, peered out a window and witnessed a white cargo van speeding away around 3 a.m.; she did not call police or go outside to investigate.

Cops have increased patrols around Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman’s home after thugs threw one of her baby’s car seats through the window of her mini-van, RadarOnline.com has now learned.
Lt Fred Wiste of La Habra Police told RadarOnline,com: “As a matter of course we have increased patrol checks around her home. Obviously, this is quite a unique situation and all our officers have been briefed with regard to what happened. We are still investigating this incident at Miss Suleman’s property.”
