Kris Humphries is claiming he has proof that producers of Kourtney & Kim Take New York set him up to be "the bad guy" on screen , citing an example where he was told to quiz soon-to-be ex-wife, Kim Kardashian's BFF, Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The incident sparked an outcry from Cheban, who subsequently accused Humphries of homophobia and went public with his threats of a lawsuit, more proof, the NBA star believes, that Kim's life is a series of set-ups and make believe and that their relationship, and 72 day marriage, was a total sham.

The sexy socialite came to the realization when she and sister Kourtney had a session with celebrity medium John Edward, who said he could reach their late father, famed O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian.

After the subject turned to divorce, Kim told sister Kourtney, "What was so crazy about that was when he was talking about the divorce stuff. I honestly feel like I can’t do this anymore with Kris -- I don't want to be married anymore -- I feel like I got into this way too fast ... you know, I’m not happy."

 (Edward not only sensed stormy relationship waters, but Kourtney's bun in the oven as well, asking the famous sisters, "I know you just got married [Kim] and I have to say this: Is somebody pregnant now?"

Hollywood didn’t say hooray for Kris Humphries, who learned the hard way Monday that L.A. is Kardashian country.

The writing was on the wall for Kim Kardashian's and Kris Humphries' short lived union on Sunday's edition of E!’s Kourtney & Kim Take New York, as viewers saw Kim and sister Khloe make up after an extended fight, with Kim breaking down to her younger sister about the anguish she felt over her failing marriage.

She told Khloe: 'I'm just so unhappy. And I don't like who I am in this marriage, who I am to him, who I am to myself. My gut and my heart is telling me that I just did this too fast and I don't know what I'm doing. I think I just got caught up in the fairytale. ... I just don't feel like myself.”

Khloe told her big sister: 'You're not yourself," and advised Kim: "If you're unhappy or if you feel in your gut, you have to do what's best for you ... but you have to understand, being in love and being married isn't all rainbows and bunnies."

Kim Kardashian's best pal Jonathan Cheban is about to come face-to-face with her ex-husband Kris Humphries for the first time since their spectacular split, RadarOnline.com has learned.

During Kim's short-lived 72-day marriage to the New Jersey Nets basketballer, he had a fraught relationship with Cheban, Kim's co-star on Kim & Kourtney Take New York.

The pair shared an infamous moment on camera when he publicly questioned Cheban's sexuality, prompting the reality star to threaten him with a $5 million lawsuit over the accusation.

Kim Kardashian, knowing her marriage to Kris Humphries was doomed, bared her soul to mother Kris Jenner during a car ride on a business trip to Dubai during the second half of Sunday's double-episode of E!’s Kourtney & Kim Take New York. 

Tension was mounting as Kim continued grousing about her troubled marriage, admitting she was relieved to have a few days away from the NBA baller while on the trip. 

"There's something in my relationship that I feel isn't right," Kim told her mother in Dubai, where they ventured for a Millions of Milkshakes store opening. “I'm learning a lot of things about him that I didn't really know before.

“And married life isn't what I thought it would be with him: I keep thinking something is off.”

If he can make it there, he'll make it anywhere...
