"Dr. Phil's response to the complaint exhibits his arrogance which is consistent with the unconscionable manner in which he's treated Janet Harris since the day she as bitten by Maggie," said personal injury lawyer, Larry Nagelberg, a founding partner of Nagelberg Bernard Law Group representing Harris, told RadarOnline.com.

Talk show host, Dr. Phil McGraw, is fighting back at allegations by a former best friend who claims she was severely bitten by McGraw’s beloved family dog.

In the court documents, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Dr. Phil’s attorneys are demanding that the lawsuit be dismissed because it’s in violation of an agreement to arbitrate any disputes.

Talk show host, Dr. Phil McGraw, is fighting back at allegations by a former best friend who claims she was severely bitten by McGraw’s beloved family dog.

In the court documents, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Dr. Phil’s attorneys are demanding that the lawsuit be dismissed because it’s in violation of an agreement to arbitrate any disputes.

According to the response filed March 7, Dr. Phil’s attorneys state that the alleged victim, Janet Harris allegedly signed an arbitration agreement in 2009 that stated in part: “I [Janet Harris] agree that any and all disputes, now existing or hereafter arising, between me…and Dr. Phillip McGraw and/or Robin McGraw… will be resolved exclusively and solely in a binding, confidential, private arbitration….”

Janet Harris, the former best friend of Dr. Phil and Robin McGraw, who's now suing the TV couple after their dog bit her, is sharing images of her injury, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive photos.

Harris says in her lawsuit that the dog bite injury caused a serious infection that would have been fatal if she had not been placed on antibiotics within 72 hours.

Harris says in her lawsuit that the dog bite injury caused a serious infection that would have been fatal if she had not been placed on antibiotics within 72 hours.

These exclusive photos do not show severe bite marks or signs of being mauled. They do show a puncture wound in Harris' hand, a puncture that her lawyers contend has caused significant damage after causing cellulitis and an infectious disease.

Dr. Phil McGraw's dog, a rare purebred Korean Jindo that's the focus of a stinging lawsuit from Dr. Phil's former best friend, possibly killed two of the McGraw family's others pets -- a cat and a rabbit. In addition, various skunks were found dead on the McGraw's property after the family acquired the animal.

The dog's prior presumed acts of aggression are detailed in official court papers filed by Janet Harris, who's suing the TV personality and his wife Robin McGraw for personal injuries and damages after their dog -- a female named Maggie -- allegedly attacked and injured her at the couple's mansion.

The suit also says that the McGraws "were aware that Maggie had an unpredictable temperament, had a propensity to bite and has in fact previously bitten other persons and that the family cat, a pet rabbit and various skunks had been found dead on the premises after Maggie was acquired by the McGraws."
