The reality TV star goes full frontal nude in the mag’s new issue, according to Celebuzz.com.

Celebuzz reveals the photos were taken by art photographer Mark Seliger. Kim is covered in silver paint.

It’s the second time this year Kim has posed naked. She went airbrush-free for the May issue of Harper’s Bazaar. (See a photo here)

At the time Kim said of the unretouched photos "I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that. But accepting that just empowers me."
