The occupants of a Norwegian courtroom collapsed into a flood of tears as the shooter in the country’s deadliest massacre recounted in horrific detail the day he killed 77 of their friends and family members last July.

Anders Behring Breivik had no regard for the feelings of his victims’ loved ones as he told the Oslo courtroom how he shot panicked teens at point blank range on Utoya island where the Labour Party was holding a youth camp, reported the Telegraph.co.uk and the cold-hearted testimony was rebroadcast to 17 other courts across the country.

It has been 43 years since Charles Manson was convicted of seven counts of murder, and a new photo of the “Helter Skelter” killer obtained by RadarOnline.com reveals that time has not softened his creepy state and intense, terrifying eyes.

With his scraggly gray beard and distinctive swastika tattoo on his forehead, Manson, 77, stared coldly into the camera when his mug shot was taken by the California Department of Corrections last June, which has now been released before his upcoming parole hearing, reported ABCNews.com.

The father of Sara McMeen -- the Illinois woman who killed her boyfriend and three young children last week, before turning the gun on herself -- fatally shot his wife more than 40 years ago, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In January of 1971, Louis McMeen Sr. fatally shot wife Pamela in front of their 2-year-old son, Louis A. McMeen Jr., the Pontiac Daily Leader reported, adding both were just 20-years-old when the incident occurred. The paper reported he then went to the Streator Police Station and confessed to the crime, telling officials, "I just murdered my wife."

Louis was initially declared incompetent and did not go to trial, but he was sent to the Department of Mental Health, where a judge in 1973 ruled he was “to be retained in such custody so long as he continues to suffer from said condition.”
