EXCLUSIVE: Kate's Relatives Supervised Potty Training Episode That They Are Now Attacking

Kate’s brother and sister-in-law slammed Jon & Kate Plus 8 in testimony before Pennsylvania lawmakers on Wednesday but they personally supervised one of the incidents they heavily criticized, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Kevin and Jodi Kreider reeled off a list of allegations against the show, claiming that it harmed the Gosselin children. One of the examples Kevin cited was that the show filmed the children’s potty training without a parent present.

But RadarOnline.com has discovered that the potty training filming took place in the Kreider’s house and was supervised by Jodi!
Kate had taken Collin to the doctor when those scenes were shot.

In Wednesday’s testimony, Kevin was vociferous in his criticism of TLC and Reality TV and used the potty training episode as a springboard for his outrage, saying: “These scenes were uploaded onto the Internet and burned onto the season’s DVD. The children’s potty training video remains to be highly viewed on the Internet.”

But he apparently forgot it was filmed in his own house and supervised by his wife, who was known as Aunt Jodi before being booted from the show!

It’s a red-faced moment for the Kreiders, who have constantly criticized TLC and Kate – but only since they were dropped from Jon & Kate Plus 8.
During Season 3, in an episode called Potty Training The Boys, Aunt Jodi allows cameras to film as she opens the bathroom door and asks one of the boys, “is there actually pee pee in the potty?” In a voice over Jodi says, “It was the first time they brought potties for the boys.” She then rewards them with kandy korn for going potty!
In other episodes at Jon & Kate’s house the potty scenes are more detailed and show children sitting on the potty. But Jodi clearly allows the cameras in the bathroom, talks about potty training on TV and has no problem with it.

Kate has admitted that she is estranged from her brother Kevin.

Kate Gosselin's brother Kevin Kreider and his wife Jodi told Pennsylvania lawmakers that the eight Gosselin children have been subject to unfair conditions during the production of the TLC show Jon & Kate Plus 8 in a hearing Wednesday, regarding the state's child labor laws, and how it pertains to reality TV shows, RadarOnline.com can report.

The Kreiders told the court that, among other concerns, the Gosselin kids were stripped of their privacy, emotionally manipulated and had their safety compromised in the name of reality TV.

Jon Gosselin swiftly denied the accusations brought by his ex-in-laws, Kevin and Jodie Kreider, that his children were subject to unsafe conditions during the filming of the now-defunct series, Jon & Kate Plus 8, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"The allegations made today by Kevin and Jodi Kreider have not been my experience at all during the production of “Jon & Kate plus8," Jon Gosselin Tweeted Wednesday afternoon. "Kate and I were doing what was best for our family. And it gave us an opportunity to spend quality family time together."

New year, new relationships seems to be Jon Gosselin's motto for 2010. The divorced father of eight spent Friday night partying until 4 am not with his new girlfriend, but with Kate's estranged brother Kevin Kreider.

Krieder didn’t want to talk about his night with Jon, but the two of them stayed out until 4 a.m., RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
The boys night out did not include Morgan Christie, Jon's new girlfriend, and while the two are moving quickly in their relationship a source close to both of them told RadarOnline.com that they are not engaged.

Jon and Kevin started their night in Elizabethtown, PA by stopping in the restaurant T.J. Rockwell's where they sat at the bar and had a few beers. They moved on to the Iron Hill Brewery in Lancaster, PA where they drank at the bar and chatted with a few women in the bar, with one of them even trying to buy them drinks!
Jon and Kevin were overheard talking to the woman and he said he was with his kids earlier and then was visiting with family.
Jon told the woman they were doing a bar crawl and had been to T.J. Rockwell's, the Watering Trough and Bube's (pronounced Boob's) Brewery in Mt. Joy. PA.
Jon said that he liked dive bar the Watering Trough because he went there before he met Kate.
Kate's brother Kevin was very outspoken against his sister and Jon last year and said in exclusive interviews with RadarOnline.com that the Gosselins were using their divorce and their children for the reality show ratings.

""We're just so heartbroken and sad about the announcement they made... an announcement that could be so life-shattering for a young child. It was used to gain ratings without any regard for my nieces and nephews."
After Kevin accused Jon of exploiting the children for TV, Jon fired back in a video interview that Kevin had no idea what he was talking about and wasn’t a part of their lives.
Kevin’s wife Jodi had said: "It was the saddest thing to witness. This is family. We lived a life with Jon and Kate for years and we've developed really close relationships with each of the kids, and to know that this is being viewed by millions and used as a ratings booster. It's horrible.. It's horrible."
Jon was spotted at the Kreider home in October, while Kate has said that she and her brother have been estranged since he started speaking to the media about her.

As TLC announces it is halting production -- for now -- of its reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8, Kate Gosselin's brother Kevin and his wife Jodi, want people to stop watching the show, should it continue on.
In an exclusive new interview only for RadarOnline.com, the pair said they worry about the toll taken on the eight Gosselin children as their parents crumbling marriage is played out on national television.
"Everyone is agreeing this is going to have lasting effects -- negative effects -- on these children and yes, they are being exploited," Jodi Kreider said, as her husband Kevin sat with his arm around her. We have hopes that, if enough people become aware of this, then everyone will do their part and if that is to turn off the TV [or] change the channel [then] do it! Hopefully, these children will be able to have their childhood again."
Jon & Kate Plus 8 airs Monday on TLC at 9/8c.
