Ryan Seacrest Lists His Hollywood Hills Estate For $12 Million

Ryan Seacrest isn't idolizing his Hollywood Hills estate. The TV mogul has listed it for a wallet-busting $11,985,000.
This is the second time Seacrest has tried to unload the property. He listed it in 2010 for $14.95 million but with no buyers, he took it off the market.

The 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean main house, built in 1974, sits behind wrought-iron gates on nearly an acre with canyon and city views.
Remodeled since Seacrest bought it from Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million, the villa features beamed ceilings, a bar, a screening room, a massive wine cellar and a gym.

There are six bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. A guesthouse, tennis court, swimming pool with cabana, and mature trees complete the gorgeous picture.

They lined the streets to pay their respects to a pop diva. Now Newark, New Jersey residents are outraged that $187,000 of their money will be used to pay for policing Whitney Houston’s funeral.
Nearly 200 cops were on hand to keep the crowds away from the singer’s glitzy ceremony on February 18. While celebrities like Kevin Costner and Alicia Keyes paid respect to the singer in New Hope Baptist Church, thousands of residents grieved in the cold outside.

Whitney Houston would have loved her send-off Saturday.
From Tyler Perry channeling his inner preacher, to musical tributes by Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, R. Kelly and CeCe Winans, the three and a half-hour funeral was heartfelt, genuine, and loving.

Kevin Costner, Whitney's The Bodyguard co-star and producer, talked about having also grown up with the Baptist Church, and called that his and Houston's "private bond" on the set. He also revealed how frightened and nervous Whitney was before the studio-ordered screen test for the first-time actress.
Her producer and mentor Clive Davis, who had stood by Whitney even at her lowest points, spoke of their last meeting at the Beverly Hilton hotel, where she told him how she was getting back into shape by swimming every day.

Kevin Costner is one of the stars who'll be participating in Whitney Houston's funeral today. He and his wife Christine were spotted as they arrived at JFK late last night.
The actor/producer made Houston a movie star when he cast her in The Bodyguard and it was his idea that she sing what turned out to be her iconic song, I Will Always Love You.
Coincidentally, now Costner is picking up on his his music career. Just weeks after Whitney's funeral, Costner and his cowboy band, Modern West, are heading back out on tour.
