Sheena Upton, who shot to overnight infamy after purportedly injecting Botox into her eight-year-old daughter, is taking parenting classes and undergoing mental health counseling, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Upton and her two daughters, along with several other family members, visited with social workers from the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services earlier this week.

The visit took place at the offices of DCFS after Upton became concerned that the media would stake out her house if the visit occurred there.

Upton went on national television, claiming to be a fictitious character named Kerry Campbell, and said she had injected her eight-year-old daughter with Botox, causing a national outcry. Upton then made the bombshell announcement that she made it all up, and subsequently claimed that she never actually injected her daughter with Botox.

Upton lives in Southern California with her two daughters, and another family member since the scandal erupted.

Long before she allegedly lied about injecting her 8-year-old daughter with Botox, Sheena Upton got attention from the law.

She served a total 14 days in jail in connection with three separate driving violations, RadarOnline.com has learned. In two of the incidents, she lied to cops, according to records.

Alley Einstein, the British reporter who first reported on the Botox mom in March, says she definitely witnessed Sheena Upton inject her daughter with something from a bottle bearing a Botox label, she told RadarOnline.com.

“Could there have been something other than Botox in the bottle? Sure it’s possible,” Einstein said. “She’s just a ridiculous human being.”

The mother who claimed to inject her 8-year-old daughter with Botox, has admitted she made the whole thing up, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that could result in her losing custody of her kids.

RadarOnline.com first broke the story Wednesday that Child Protective Services suspected the entire story was a hoax.

Sheena Upton appeared in a television interview as "Kerry Campbell" and claimed that she gave her young daughter Botox to give her a competitive edge in beauty pageants.

In a bizarre turn of events, Kerry Campbell may have lied about giving her 8-year-old daughter Botox in a desperate attempt to get publicity.

Campbell became an instant lightning rod when she went on national television recently and said she injected her young daughter to give her an edge in pageant competitions.

"It's beginning to look like Kerry's claims about giving her daughter Botox injections looks like a hoax, and that Kerry is making the entire thing up for publicity. Kerry is obsessed with reality television, and wants to become famous.

Britney Campbell, the 8-year-old who received Botox injections from her mother, Kerry, is being taken care of by family members after Child Protective Services in San Francisco removed Britney from her mother's house over the weekend, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Britney wasn't put in the foster care system. Officials were able to place Britney with family members that live in the area. Britney misses her mom, terribly. Britney is safe, and being well cared for. She doesn't understand why this is happening, and Britney thinks this is her fault," an insider told us.

The mother-daughter duo made international headlines last week after Kerry admitted to giving Brittany injections of Botox to help the 8-year-old's career in beauty pageants. Kerry, an aesthetician, isn't allowed under California law to give Botox injections, to anyone. Only a doctor or registered nurse can perform the procedures.

Kerry Campbell, the woman who told a national television audience that she injects her 8-year-old daughter with Botox in hope that she wins beauty pageants, is under investigation by San Francisco Police, a source tells RadarOnline.com.

And her daughter, Britney, was taken away by officials of the city's child protective services!
