Though Bjork will never be able to trump her infamous Oscars swan dress, the Icelandic singer stepped out to the Finnish premiere of Moomins and the Comet Chase in nearly as frightening fashion!  Dressed more Shrek than chic, the singer paired her exaggerated-shoulder dress with color-fading blue and yellow tights, finishing the look off with awkward booties.
