For a man who has had little trouble finding porn stars in the past, it seems bizarre that Charlie Sheen can’t find the one who catapulted his craziness into the headlines.

The ex-Two and a Half Men star sent a lawyer to a Los Angeles court again Monday, to tell a judge he has tried and failed to locate Capri Anderson, the porn star and high-priced escort who was with the actor in the New York Plaza Hotel in October, 2010, when he went on a very publicized bender.

She accused the actor of assault and battery, claiming he threw a lamp and threatened to kill her.

In response, Sheen said Anderson stole his $165,000 diamond encrusted Patek Philippe watch during their date and later demanded $1 million for her silence about his action on that fateful night.

The fired Betty Ford worker who accused Lindsay Lohan of criminal battery -- then retreated from her police complaint before striking a financial deal with the actress' father Michael -- never signed any agreement, according to her new lawyer.

"I can confirm that no settlement has been reached by my client and any other party - she did not agree to anything nor has she signed anything either," Owen Latham McIntosh told RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview.

We broke that story that Holland secretly cut a $25,000 deal after refusing to cooperate with the police investigation into her altercation with the 24-year-old actress.

Holland denied there was ever a deal.

But in a stunning turn of events, Michael confirmed RadarOnline.com's exclusive report and contradicted the ex-chemical technician's denial, confessing that he agreed to pay a "greedy" Holland an undisclosed "number".

He said: "Dawn has had her attorney meet with me, negotiate with me and even propose a "deal" with me, her lawyer and Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holly (Chapman) -- and while I agreed to Dawn Holland's initial "number",  to procure financial stability due to getting fired, she got greedy and took it to another level.

"Dawn DEMANDED that Lindsay agree to a sit down interview to make 'amends' for the sake of the public NOT because Dawn wanted to set the record straight, but because she negotiated a deal to make more money from the interview."

Responding to Michael's charges, Chapman Holly told RadarOnline.com: "I have never entered into any agreement with Ms. Holland or with any representative of Ms. Holland-- on Ms. Lohan's behalf or otherwise-- for money to be paid to Ms. Holland, either directly or indirectly."

As RadarOnline.com revealed, Holland fired her Los Angeles-based attorney Keith Davidson on Thursday afternoon after the payday never materialized.

The woman's new lawyer told us: "I'm not privy to what my predecessor did and I'm still gathering information at this point and will be doing so for quite sometime."

“If this was any other person, in the same situation, Dawn, nor the authorities would ever pursue it in this fashion.”

The Lindsay-Holland encounter is still being investigated by the Riverside County authorities. Holland and attorney Keith Davidson parted ways this week, as RadarOnline.com first reported and Holland hired a new attorney.

RadarOnline.com broke the story about the $25,000 offer and then exclusively reported that a source close to Holland claimed there was no offer but that she had discussed taking photos with Lindsay – which would then be sold.

In our exclusive interview Holland says she’s broke, blames Lindsay for her injuries and addressed a possible civil suit against Lindsay.

“Right now my whole deal is trying to make sure I get some income coming in here for what is rightfully mine,” Holland told RadarOnline.com exclusively, adding that she is still in pain from injuries suffered during her encounter with Lindsay.

“That’s why I hired my new attorney (Owen Latham McIntosh) because Keith (Davidson) wasn’t doing anything about the workman’s comp being on hold.

“He was supposed to be handling both and he was just focusing on the Lindsay thing and I wasn’t. And I was like, ‘Ok, workman’s comp, my unemployment, what are we going [to do]?’ and he  wasn’t and that’s what I need to focus on right now.”

The “Lindsay thing” Holland refers to includes possible payment from the actress – a topic that has quickly morphed into a growing scandal. Holland showed reluctance during our interview to approach the topic.

“But as it stands I don’t want to make any comments on Lindsay Lohan or that situation or about Keith because we split on good terms,” she told RadarOnline.com. “I’m not trying to dog him out or speak badly of him. He just wasn’t doing what I needed to be done at the time and that’s why I switched attorneys and the feeling is mutual.

“I’m just a simple ordinary individual in recovery with children. I’m just a person and I don’t need of that kind of stuff.”

When RadarOnline.com asked Holland if she was launching a civil suit against Lohan she said: “You know what, there is no simple fix. The bottom line is as it stands right now I have the right to [get] workman’s comp and I’m not getting it. That was the purpose of hiring a new attorney and he is in the process of doing what he needs to do to fix that.

“And as far anything else is concerned we’re not working on anything else.”

When pressed harder about a possible civil suit she said:  “I’m trying to get what’s rightfully mine at this point in time,” and then added:  “A civil suit isn’t even in my head right now.” (Multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Davidson was working on securing payment from Lohan’s camp for Holland.)

Holland said she needs to take care of her children and hasn’t received any money from disability insurance, claiming she was injured on the job. “Keith was supposed to be handling that and he wasn’t so that’s why I switched attorneys,” she told us.

“I don’t blame anybody. The bottom line it was a bad situation And I was injured. I’m not pointing fingers at anybody.

“ What I do know is that the injury came from Lindsay. I’ve been clean and somber for almost seven years so I already know what we do, how we behave, how we respond and react to situations when we’re not in our right mind.”

Asked if she was talking about Lindsay when she said the phrase “we’re not in our right mind,” Holland said she was.

“Yeah when you’re scared or  whatever the fear might be,” she told RadarOnline.com. “But like I said to this day I still wish Lindsay the best. I want her to stay clean and sober I want her to realize that she can put her past behind her, I want her to understand that life goes on.

“I want her to know that. That’s what I’m, supposed to do as a woman in recovery. I’m supposed to reach my hand out and help the next person in recovery.”

She said she has not attempted to reach Lindsay.

“What I’m focusing on right now has nothing to do with Lindsay,” Holland told RadarOnline.com. “Once that I know that I’m going to be okay with some income coming in here with just my temporary disability insurance which is what I hired my attorney for then I’ll deal with that other stuff later. Right now Lindsay and that whole issue and injury is not important.”

Davidson told RadarOnline.com that he is no longer representing Holland and says the decision was “mutual.”

The source continued: “Dawn agreed to a $25,000 payment from someone directly associated with Lohan's camp,” a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.

Seems like things may be finally looking up for Lindsay Lohan after her troubled past year -- at least for now.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox has reviewed Lohan's criminal file relating to an alleged assault against a former Betty Ford employee, and has determined to take no immediate action against the 24-year-old star.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Lohan's Palm Desert police report was personally delivered to the Judge last week and was immediately placed under seal.

Lindsay Lohan has the most unlikely ally as she faces a return to jail for multiple probation violations -- the fired Betty Ford worker who claimed the wild child actress was drinking before she threw a phone at her.

Dawn Holland, who worked as a chemical dependency technician until she was fired for breaching Lohan’s medical confidentiality, is sensationally retreating from the charges she made in a cash-for-comment scandal, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Holland had accused an “out of control” Lohan of throwing a phone at her after being caught allegedly drinking and violating curfew — which lead the Palm Desert Police Department to find the 24-year-old breached probation during the December 12 altercation.

The healthcare worker who clashed with Lindsay Lohan and then sold her out is facing possible double trouble in the New Year: a federal criminal investigation and a civil lawsuit, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Dawn Holland, who was fired from the Betty Ford Center after she sold information about Lohan to TMZ for at least $10,000, now may have to deal with charges that she violated HIPAA – a federal crime.

In addition, she can be sued by Lohan, who has not commented on the situation.

" I agree that Holland is behind the 8-ball,” Santa Monica Criminal defense attorney Steve Cron told RadarOnline.com. “Everyone knows that LL (Lindsay Lohan) was a patient at the Betty Ford Center, but it's an entirely different story to give details about her treatment and possible violations of program rules.”

Holland claims that Lohan grabbed and injured her after the actress missed curfew at the center’s sober house. She also said that Lohan’s mother Dina told her she didn’t have to take a breathalyzer test. Holland filed a criminal complaint with police, who are investigating Lindsay for the alleged attack.

Holland has however quickly changed course.

She admitted in an exclusive and unpaid interview with RadarOnline.com that TMZ made a deal to pay her while she was still a healthcare worker and she gave them information and a document about the incident – a document that the Betty Ford Center says is confidential.

Holland’s lawyer Keith Davidson now says the ex rehab worker will drop her criminal complaint against Lohan and not cooperate with police. On Thursday, Davidson said Holland will not sue Lohan, but left open the possibility she will sue the Betty Ford Center.

Cron, the expert defense lawyer, says he believes Holland was ok calling police about the Lohan alleged incident – but committed a crime by then giving the information to TMZ.

“I didn't have a problem with her (Holland) notifying the police to report a crime (i.e. battery), but to go to TV with TMZ, and to get paid for it, is a blatant violation of HIPPA, for which she could be prosecuted criminally and sued civilly,” Cron told RadarOnline.com.

“ I see no likelihood of BFC getting prosecuted criminally because they didn't do anything to violate HIPAA, and in fact, immediately fired the employee who had disclosed information. BFC could easily be sued civilly because in a civil context they're responsible for the actions of their employees.”

RadarOnline.com was first to report that a lawyer for the Betty Ford Center called the attorney general’s office to report the Holland situation.

The rehab center said Holland violated patient confidentiality and made a confidential document public in explaining why she was fired.
Both of those allegations can easily be the basis for a federal investigation against Holland for violating HIPAA – a violation that could carry jail time.

The feds are not expected to comment on the situation until the new year begins. It is also possible that TMZ can be criminally investigated and prosecuted for its role in the scandal, by paying the health care worker for confidential information. The website has not returned RadarOnline.com’s calls for comment.

Dawn Holland, the fired Betty Ford worker who filed a police complaint against Lindsay Lohan will not sue the actress, Holland’s lawyer tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

But that doesn’t mean that Holland won’t be pursuing other legal claims, attorney Keith Davidson told RadarOnline.com.

"Dawn has no ax to bear with Lindsay,” Davidson said in an interview with RadarOnline.com. “Dawn has seen the hard work Lindsay has been doing in rehab. Dawn is rooting Lindsay on, and praying for her recovery.
