Hollywood hunks may have to sport suits on the red carpet, but in their downtime they often opt for a good old pair of blue jeans. Diesel jeans have been around forever, but lately we have been loving the men’s styles we have spotted on our favorite hunks, including Taylor Lautner, Ian Somerhalder and Chace Crawford.

A judge threw out a $4 billion lawsuit that accused Miley Cyrus of racism on Friday.

Lucie Kim had filed the suit claiming the singer had violated her civil rights, and those of other Asians, when the teen star and her friends were photographed pulling their eyes into slants.

The lawsuit stemmed from a picture in which Cyrus, sitting atop her boyfriend Justin Gaston’s lap, pulled her eyes backwards into a slanted position. In the photo, she is surrounded by a group of friends doing the same thing as a male Asian American pal sits in the middle with his eyes wide open.

As Miley Cyrus throws herself into her work and family, ex boyfriend Justin Gaston went out to dinner with a mysterious blonde on Monday night. But have no fear Cyrus watchers- the meeting might have been more business than pleasure.
The blonde was Hillary Scott from the band Lady Antebellum and they didn’t have dinner alone: American Idol’s Chris Daughtry was also there!
“So fun hanging tonight! Congrats on the new record!” Scott wrote to Daughtry. She later called both men “very good peeps.”
Gaston had jump-started the internet banter. “Having a nice chat with @CHRIS_Daughtry...@hilldawn not so much...Just kidding...you’re quite the conversationalist.”

Miley Cyrus Talks About Heartbreak

Three hours after declaring “I am lovinggg being single :)”, Miley Cyrus was back in the depths of teenage heartbreak and confessing her lonelier moments on the road. The singer took to her Twitter page, firing off one-liners about missing a special someone (Justin Gaston? Nick Jonas?).
“Why do I listen to songs that make me cry? Even better question, why do I listen to songs that make me miss you?” she wrote. Nine hours later she added another weepy missive: “ ‘We will lie under different stars. I am where I am and you're where you are.’" Woke up at 4 a.m. for no other reason than I miss you.”
A few hours after that she added “my heart if hurting today : (“
An upside to all of this adolescent angst? The singer did end up zeroing in on her dream man.
“Dear GOD, I would like a boy that is like John Mayer/ James Morrison/ Elvis/ Rob Thomas all in one. YOU'RE THE BEST! Love always, Miley.”

Miley Cyrus continues taking steps in healing after her breakup with undies model Justin Gaston.
The young Disney phenom has recently reconnected with former flame Nick Jonas, jet-skiing and cavorting in mythic teen-star romance fashion. She also got another kind of connection--stud to skin.
Cyrus has had her nose pierced, she revealed via Twitter. The small metallic stud is just a starter, likely to be replaced by something girly with diamonds once its healed sufficiently.

A hearing has just ended in Los Angeles County Superior Court with Judge Robert Hess voicing his doubt that plaintiff Lucie Kim can prove that Miley Cyrus damaged she and other Asian Pacific Islanders to the tune of $4 billion.
Kim had filed suit against the teen singer in February, following the internet leak of a photo showing Miley, her boyfriend Justin Gaston and several other friends pulling their eyes in a slanted position.
Kim sued, claiming she and others of Asian descent had been seriously damanged.
Judge Hess isn't sure he's buying it but gave Kim's attorney 10 days to file a motion showing Cyrus falls under California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
"I'm giving you one more chance to prove that Miley Cyrus is a business establishment," Judge Hess said from the bench.
"I have grave doubts that you will be able to prove that she is.
"Here she is with a bunch of kids in a private situation, and it gets posted on the internet.
"I'm not persuaded that she is a business establishment that falls under the Unruh Act.
"Conduct that for a variety of reasons that is immature, childish, and some people may consider it grossly offensive.
"This doesn't address the problem that she is a minor, there are major problems with class, I don't see how you could get class certification."
In other words, don't count on getting rich off of Miley being insensitive!

The same week her magazine cover hit where she defends her love of boyfriend Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus went out on a very public date with her beau. In the same place the next night, Lady Gaga celebrated her American Idol appearance with a big dinner with friends. Elsewhere, Katie Holmes took Suri on a mother-daughter date.
