Jessica Simpson restored her style siren status on Wednesday afternoon, stepping out in NYC in startlingly chic fashion. The gorgeous blonde singer, looked polished and put together, rocking a studded belt over a sleeveless black blouse, and a curve-hugging, pencil skirt. Jess finished the city smart look off with black Yves Saint Laurent platform sandals, and her covetable Christian Dior Chri-Chri bag.

The Hills troublemaker Justin Bobby enjoyed an intimate dinner in Los Angeles, but the bad boy reality star didn’t look quite up to dress code. Wearing a raggedy, sleeveless plaid shirt (which he clearly shred himself!) over a white long-sleeved shirt with calm-digger khaki pants, black socks and construction boots, it was a wonder Kristin opted to be seen out in public with him!

Taylor Swift looked fab in florals, enjoying an afternoon of shopping in a flirty Rebecca Taylor mini dress, while Ellen Pompeo looked charitably chic in a one-shouldered Lanvin denim dress at The American Cancer Society’s Choose You Luncheon in NYC. We couldn’t help but hassle with the Hoff, for his unfortunate taste in footwear, or notice how fab Gabourey Sidibe looked in her abstract wrap dress, on the same blue carpet as Ellen.

We're sure the likes of Andy Warhol would agree -- there's a degree of art in the frothiest of culture, even in MTV's The Hills.
That's at least what artist Karin Bubaš sees, as she's currently rolling out a collection of pastel portraits of the major players in The Hills cast.
