Oksana Grigorieva plans to take the stand in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday as she faces off with ex-fiance Mel Gibson in their bitter custody battle over one-year-old daughter Lucia, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Gibson has previously testified in the matter. In November, last year, the Lethal Weapon star’s voice reportedly cracked when he told court how much he loves Lucia and his other children.

Oksana Grigorieva is going to court on Monday morning in a bid to have her famed first amendment lawyer Martin Garbus admitted to practice law in California, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Garbus, the defense attorney in the Pentagon Papers, has been unable to formally represent his client in the bitter custody battle with Hollywood actor Mel Gibson.

Mel Gibson has been ordered to shell out even more money towards ex Oksana Grigorieva’s legal fees, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Judge Scott Gordon has said that Gibson must pay Oksana’s former lawyer Manley Freid an additional $250,000.

"Freid was asking for almost $850,000, this doesn't include the $250,000 Mel was previously ordered to pay,” a source with knowledge of the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Judge Gordon slashed the almost $850,000 to $250,000 for Oksana's former lawyer."
