As RadarOnline.com reported he would, Michael Lohan pleaded not guilty Monday morning to a domestic violence charge involving his ex-girlfriend Kate Major.

Lohan, 50, entered the plea through his attorney during his arraignment before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, the same judge who presided over several hearings involving Lohan's daughter, Lindsay.

Ellen DeGeneres’ stalker Karen Sjoden is back on the streets, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that Sjoden was let out of custody on Tuesday, March 16.

Karen Grace Sjoden, 49, pleaded no contest to charges of misdemeanor trespassing in court on Monday and was sentenced to three years probation, along with the strict order to stay away from “both Mrs. DeGeneres,” referring to Ellen's partner Portia.

The model and mother of two was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.

If convicted of the charges, she could face up to six months in jail, and a $1000 fine.

Adam Case, Lindsay Lohan's pal while she was recently rehabbing at Palm Springs' Betty Ford clinic, defended the Mean Girls star when asked by a cameraman in Los Angeles recently about the skirmish between the actress and ex-Betty Ford employee Dawn Holland.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Riverside Country District Attorney is deciding whether to file charges against the troubled star, after Holland claimed Lohan was drinking before she threw a phone at her (Holland has since said she will not cooperate with any investigation; should Lohan be charged, it could interfere with her probation).

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lindsay, 24, was forced to stay in an upscale hotel in Los Angeles Monday night because her new pad wasn't quite ready yet.

Lindsay Lohan has been released from the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California  after a 90-day stint in rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Mean Girls star, 24, served the rehab stint in connection with her 2007 DUI conviction, as her repeated failures to meet the terms of her probation caused her to serve two stints in rehab -- and two in jail -- last year.

Anticipating her release, Lohan Tweeted New Year's Day that "Today is the first day of the rest of my life. The future depends on what we do in the present.' -Mahatma Gandhi... One step at a time..."

In a case of Hollywood he said/she said, a source close to Lindsay Lohan tells RadarOnline.com it was Lindsay's decision not to star in Inferno; she wasn't "fired" from the project, as director Matthew Wilder told us earlier today.

"Lindsay has realized that in order to get her life and career back on track, she has to be very selective with her projects," the insider says.  "She wants to pursue projects like the ones that made her successful.

"She also realizes that she doesn't need to identify with roles that relate to issues she dealt with.  Everyone on her treatment team has stressed that."

Lindsay might have continued if certain parts of the script were changed but she and the director came to an impasse, the source adds.

Earlier Saturday, director Wilder told us he decided it was "best for all parties concerned" to replace Lindsay.  He said another actress is already lined up to replace her.

The Linda Lovelace biopic had long been problematic for Lindsay.

In May, she enraged Judge Marsha Revel when she missed a court date after traveling to the Cannes Film Festival and then allegedly having her passport stolen.  She'd gone to France to work with Wilder on landing Inferno a distributor.  Lindsay's father Michael also frequently spoke out against his daughter taking the part.

LiLo is scheduled to remain in treatment at the Betty Ford Center until January 3.  She's now residing in a sober living house not far from the facility.
