Lohan - who recently failed two court-ordered drug tests - is expected to show up to Los Angeles Superior Court in Beverly Hills, CA. around 8:30 a.m. Friday to face the same judge who let her out of rehab early and warned her he would send her back to jail if she didn't clean up her act.

It will actually be Lindsay's first time facing Judge Elden Fox, who was assigned to the case after the previous judge, Marsha Revel, stepped down from the case.

Lindsay Lohan may have an all important court date on Friday morning -- but at least she is going to be looking good.

Lohan has been ordered to appear before Judge Eldon Fox who will address the actress' latest probation problem.

Judge Fox gas taken steps to ensure she obeys his ruling by signing a bench warrant for her arrest.

The warrant has been placed on hold until 8.30am local time on Friday, when it will be activated if Lohan does not appear before Judge Fox.

A bench warrant was issued for actress Lindsay Lohan on Monday after she failed two of her court-ordered drug tests after testing positive for cocaine and amphetamines.

Court officials expect the Mean Girls star to be taken into custody no later than Friday where Judge Eldon Fox will rule whether she will be sent back to jail.

Lohan spent 14 days in the Lynwood Correctional Facility for violating the terms of her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI, followed by a 22-day rehab treatment at UCLA Medical Center.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Judge Fox warned Lindsay that a "dirty" drug test would result in another 30-day jail sentence.

"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test," Lohan admitted on Friday via Twitter.
