Casey Anthony’s Shocking Jail Video, Attorney Says Her Treatment Was ‘Torture’

The shocking jailhouse video of Casey Anthony learning that remains were found in the woods near her home while she was incarcerated was released on Friday and RadarOnline.com has the footage.

In the video, filmed in December 2008, Casey is escorted into a room and sits in a chair with her hands restrained, one hand between her legs while she watches a television off camera. 

35 seconds into the video Casey covers her face with her left hand and doubles over bending forward, no longer looking at the television. She continues to stay hunched over with her hair hanging in front of her face.  At 1:25 into the tape Casey wipes her eyes and clenches her fists.

Judge Orders Casey Anthony To Pay Double For Investigation Costs

Casey Anthony has been ordered to pay twice as much as she was originally scheduled to pay after being convicted of lying in the investigation of her missing daughter Caylee, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled on Friday that the amount Anthony, 25, must pay the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is $145,000, an increase over the $25,837 she was initially ordered to pay, bringing the total amount she owes to $217,499.23.

Perry had asked the Sheriff’s Department to resubmit documents that further detailed the cost of the search for little Caylee from July 15, 2008 to September 29, 2008 and they returned with the higher amount of costs.

Casey Anthony has been ordered by a judge to pay the state of Florida  $97,676.98 toward the costs from the investigation into her missing daughter, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Orange County Judge Belvin Perry ruled on Thursday that Anthony, 25, must pay the costs since she was convicted of lying about Caylee’s disappearance to law enforcement and causing them to look for her missing daughter when she knew that the toddler was already dead.

Casey’s defense team claimed in the opening arguments of her trial that Caylee accidentally drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008 and then said she told lies to cover up her death.

We’re learning new details about Thursday about Casey Anthony’s surrender to the Florida Department of Probation Wednesday night, to begin serving her one year of supervised probation for check fraud.

First off, you won’t bee seeing Casey at your local drive-thru anytime soon: authorities, citing fears of citizen violence, said she doesn’t have to work. She will enroll in courses that  "will be online," her lawyer Jose Baez told Fox News on Thursday, adding that Anthony’s currently laying low "somewhere in the state of Florida."

At a news conference in Tallahassee, FL. Thursday morning, Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said Casey was optimistic in the Wednesday evening meeting: "She told the probation officer that she intended to do well on probation. She was polite and cooperative.”

Casey Anthony's appeal was denied and she has been ordered to serve her one year of probation in Orlando, Fla. RadarOnline.com has learned.

A court of appeal in Daytona Beach just filed an order that says: "the petitioner and her lawyers were well aware that her probationary placement was not to begin until her release from confinement.  The petitioner may not, under these circumstances, take advantage of the administrative error of the Department of Corrections."

Casey's defense team has tried to argue that she served her probation stemming from her conviction in a check fraud case while she was incarcerated awaiting the trial for the alleged murder of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

“We are investigating an open complaint regarding Jose Baez,” the Florida State Bar spokesperson confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Thursday.

The investigation into Jose Baez is related to Casey’s probation issue, according to the Orlando Sentinel, after Judge Belvin Perry held an emergency hearing on August 5 to determine if Casey should serve probation that her attorneys claimed she served while behind bars.

Casey Anthony's lawyers have formally filed an appeal asking that Judge Belvin Perry's order for Anthony to return to Orlando by next week, be vacated, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Perry determined that Anthony had to report to Florida Department of Corrections by August 26, which would monitor her one year of probation, stemming from her guilty plea to 13 charges in a check fraud case.

In a verdict that stunned America, Casey was acquitted of her daughter, Caylee's murder last month.

Casey Anthony must return to Orlando, Florida and report to the Department of Corrections by August 26 to begin serving one-year of supervised probation related to her check fraud conviction.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry announced his decision Friday after taking the dispute over whether she had completed the terms of her probation into advisement earlier this month.

Casey Anthony must return to Orlando, Florida and report to the Department of Corrections by August 26 to begin serving one-year of supervised probation related to her check fraud conviction.

Casey Anthony may well be the most hated woman in America, and one person felt so strongly about her that he painted a picture showing her face in the mouth of Satan!

Brandon Spencer, a Texas resident, has painted a picture that he calls "Destiny" that he describes as a picture that "portrays Satan with his mouth wide open consuming Casey as she spirals into his mouth."

Casey Anthony may well be the most hated woman in America, and one person felt so strongly about her that he painted a picture showing her face in the mouth of Satan!
