Dancing with the Stars champ J.R. Martinez is a dad!

The soldier-turned-soap star and girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones welcomed a baby girl -- Lauryn Anabelle Martinez -- Wednesday evening in Los Angeles.

“She’s already got a nickname: Belle,” the Georgia native told People, adding the baby weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 21 inches. “She has a couple of cute little freckles on her cheeks, a full head of hair and the cutest little lips.

J.R. Martinez can add a new title to his growing resume - dad!

The Dancing with the Stars champ and his girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones have revealed they're expecting their first child.

"We found out just last week it's a girl and we are over the moon," Martinez told People. "Diana has a little baby bump now and it's the cutest thing ever. With the holidays coming up, this is the biggest and best gift we could get."

The Iraq war vet, actor and motivational speaker has been on a whirlwind since winning the mirror ball trophy.

He's been invited to visit the Pentagon where he'll speak with top military leaders, and he'll start 2012 as Grand Marshall of the famed Rose Parade.

Dancing with the Stars champ J.R. Martinez was among the celebrity presenters at Sunday night's CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, an event earmarked to honor everyday people whose actions help brighten the lives of others.

Other famous faces at the event, which was hosted by Anderson Cooper, included Piers Morgan, model Christy Turlington Burns, Glee star Chris Colfer, Modern Family beauty Sofia Vergara and The X Factor's Rachel Crow.

Musical performances on the night included Miley Cyrus, who sang "The Climb," and Kid Rock, who belted out the song, "Care."

J.R. Martinez was a hero again Saturday night when he helped a charity raise a whopping $25,000 just by dancing!

The Dancing with the Stars champion and U.S. Army vet was the honored guest at a Palm Beach gala benefiting the American Veterans Disabled for Life Foundation.

Founded and chaired by philanthropist Lois Pope, widow of National Enquirer creator Generoso Pope, the Foundation has spearheaded a Washington, D.C. memorial honoring permanently disabled vets like Martinez.

At the lavish ball, where all the women wore red, a dance with J.R. went up for auction. A generous bidder won it for $25,000 and then turned it over to Mrs. Pope.

With another of the guests, Donald Trump applauding, J.R. gave Pope an unforgettable spin on the dance floor.

Soldier-turned-soap star J.R. Martinez was named the winner of the 13th season of Dancing with the Stars Tuesday, claiming the ABC hit’s coveted mirrorball trophy.

“First and foremost, I want to thank everybody who voted for us for 10 weeks," he said, following the win. “Thank you America for believing in us.”

The All My Children star lauded his gorgeous pro partner Karina Smirnoff -- celebrating a milestone of her own -- as an “amazing” dancer.
