Joyce De Witt pled no contest Wednesday in her DUI case, stemming from her arrest July 4, 2009, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

De Witt's attorney, Richard Hutton appeared on behalf of his client at the LAX Airport courthouse.

The former Three’s Company star pled no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. The charge of driving under the influence was dimissed, and the refusal allegation was struck from the complaint.

RadarOnline.com has learnt exclusively that Three’s Company star Joyce DeWitt will formally plead not guilty to driving under the influence charges stemming from her July 4th arrest.
DeWitt's arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday at the LAX Airport Court.
DeWitt won't be required to attend the arraignment because she was only charged with a misdemeanor.
The insider says that DeWitt has no plans to be at her arraignment.

Joyce DeWitt Charged With DUI

Three's Company star Joyce DeWitt has been charged with a DUI following her July 4th arrest for drunken driving.
DeWitt has been charged with driving while having a 0.08% or higher blood alcohol level and blew a 0.15, almost twice the legal limit.

Actress Joyce DeWitt was arrested Saturday, July 4th, for DUI in El Segundo, California.

Authorities tell RadarOnline.com that DeWitt, 60, drove past a barricade intended to control traffic near a park. When an officer spoke with DeWitt, he determined she appeared drunk. DeWitt was given a series of field sobriety tests and then arrested and booked for suspicion of DUI.
DeWitt was released after posting $5,000 bail.
