A 29-year-old Tampa resident named Joshua Basso was arrested earlier this week in connection with accusations he repeatedly called 911 -- and asked the operators for sex. Seriously!

Basso, authorities said, turned to the emergency response line after he ran out of pre-paid cell phone minutes. He then called 911, peppering operators with comments like: "Are you gonna pull down your pants?" or "You got a nice butt," albeit in much more graphic language.
