Casey Anthony is one of the most polarizing characters in recent American history with her acquittal last year over the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee, and now the dramatic story is being portrayed in the new Lifetime movie, Imperfect Justice.

The relatively unknown actress Holly Deveaux will play the 'Tot Mom' and star alongside Rob Lowe who will play the prosecuting attorney Jeff Ashton and Elizabeth Mitchell, who will portray fellow prosecutor Linda Drake Burdick.

Casey Anthony's famed attorney Jose Baez will be played by actor Oscar Nunez from The Office in the Lifetime movie Prosecuting Casey Anthony, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"He did a fantastic audition that was so persuasive dramatically," the movie's writer Alison Cross said on Sunday.

"Casey will not financially benefit from this book in any way, shape or form," Jose told People. "This is my story, not hers."

Jose says he will reveal in the 352-page book how he came to be Casey's lawyer and will give a behind-the-scenes look at their defense strategy.

Casey Anthony has another million dollar decision to make.

A Florida law firm representing a group of Hollywood producers is looking to revisit talks with the notorious ‘Tot Mom’ for her first one-on-one interview following her split with attorney Jose Baez earlier this month.

In the letter dated Tuesday, the firm of Cohen & Kuvin tells Anthony's new attorney, J. Cheney Mason, that all sides had previously agreed to the big money deal until Baez pulled out of it. They go on to say that with Baez no longer in the mix, they're still interested in getting a deal done.

"Time is of the essence," the firm says.

After standing by her side throughout her controversial murder trial, Casey Anthony's high profile lawyer Jose Baez has called it quits.

Orlando-based defense attorney Baez has opted to no longer represent Anthony, reported EOnline.com, after her bizarre video went viral last week.

According to the New York Post, 25-year-old Casey was actually getting ready to fire her long-time lawyer because she was angry over the way he was handling the media circus surrounding her first post-trial interview.

Gary Giordano tried to silence his critics with another interview Sunday morning. He and his attorney Jose Baez were back on Good Morning America with more details about what he says happened the day Robyn Gardner disappeared in Aruba.

Giordano is still insisting Robyn disappeared while they were out snorkeling, and took on those who've said he doesn't appear "emotional enough" about his friend's apparent death.

"I personally feel like I'll see her again, it seems," Giordano said.  "I haven't come to grasps that she has gone."

Richard Forester -- the boyfriend of missing woman Robyn Gardner -- told Good Morning America Friday he thinks human trafficking might explain the 35-year-old's vanishing, echoing the sentiments of her traveling partner Gary Giordano, the sole suspect in the woman's disappearance in Aruba last summer.

That said, Forester does feel Giordano should be held accountable for her disappearance.
