After publicly slamming his former friend and one-time client Kim Kardashian, the star’s “former publicist” Jonathan Jaxson has issued a statement apologizing to the star – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

Jaxson, who tweeted suicidal messages after receiving legal threats from Kim’s camp due to his claims that Kim’s marriage to Kris Humphries was all a publicity stunt and that Kim’s enormous $2 million 20.5-carat engagement ring from Humphries was actually a ring she already owned

Jonathan Jaxson, who very briefly worked with Kim Kardashian on a project several years ago, is now tweeting that he's "sorry" he worried everyone with what was alleged to be a suicide attempt.

Jaxson did numerous interviews after Kim filed for divorce, claiming that her marriage had been a sham from the start. She fired back by hiring a top Hollywood lawyer to sue him.

Then on Wednesday night, Jaxson tweeted what appeared to many to be suicidal thoughts, followed by more messages from his so-called BFF who said Jonathan had been taken to the hospital in the nick of time.

Radar was never able to verify that such an attempt actually took place, and Jaxson's Twitter account went silent.

Until Saturday!

Jaxson has sent out numerous messages about being home, loving God and concentrating on the positive.  He also apologized to his 2,982 followers.

"I'm so sorry to those I scared & sorry for acting selfish," he wrote.

There was no mention of Kim, suicide or lawsuits in any of the several new messages.

Legal threats from Kim Kardashian were more than her self-professed former publicist could handle, leading him to post suicidal messages online Wednesday night, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Florida-based publicist Jonathan Jaxson claimed to have repped Kim in the past and after she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, Jaxson went on a media tour alleging the marriage was a sham and that Kim’s engagement ring was actually one she already owned and had worn in the past.

Kim fired back by hiring a top Hollywood attorney to file a lawsuit against him, saying Jaxson signed a confidentiality agreement that barred him from talking about her — which Jaxson says he never signed.

Kim Kardashian is under fire for her 72-day marriage, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned there’s also speculation that the engagement ring from Kris Humphries was actually a ring she already owned.

Kris reportedly picked out the 20.5-carat, $2 million sparkler for Kim at her go-to jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, but her former publicist says it’s not true.

“She said the ring was a gift to herself,” Kim’s former rep, Jonathan Jaxson, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"She’s very selfish and she knows what she wants her image to be," Jonathan Jaxson, owner of JJ Public Relations, who worked as Kim’s publicist way back when, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "She knew marriage was a bad P.R. move as her value has dropped since the wedding."

Jaxson has known Kardashian since 2008 and helped her through both her sex tape scandal and her relationship with NFL star Reggie Bush - both of which managed to catapult her star power.

Don’t believe the statements about either party being “devastated” or how they “hoped it would last forever” -- according to several well placed sources Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ wedding was nothing but a “hoax and a publicity stunt” RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“It was pretty much an arranged marriage right from the start,” one source, close to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians production, tells RadarOnline.com. “Kim was looking for a husband and Kris was selected for her, amongst others. She wasn’t really into him but she hoped she would be able to develop some feelings, but it never happened. She was never particularly attracted to him, and by all accounts absolutely hated sleeping with him or even having to make out with him.

“The whole wedding was a total hoax and a publicity stunt. It was great for ratings and it was an amazing money maker. That’s it though, period. Kris turned out to not be as malleable as everyone hoped he would be, he was pictured out partying with other girls, Kim really couldn’t care less for him, she decided to end it.”

LeAnn Rimes and her new hubby Eddie Cibrian held a benefit concert for victims of the tornado that ripped through the South, and they were so overcome with emotion that they both cried on stage during the event.

LeAnn burst into tears when she described being part of the Evening With LeAnn Rimes and dedicated her new single Give to the victims of the Joplin tornado.  “There wasn’t a dry eye in the house,” a concert goer told RadarOnline.com.  “She apologized to the crowd for being so emotional. She was obviously so caught up in the movement and genuinely moved.”

The benefit was arranged by popular event planner and producer Jonathan Jaxson who approached LeAnn via Twitter to help the hurricane victims.  The 450 seat show raised over $30,000 for tornado relief with auctions items from Oprah, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kim Kardashian, Reba McEntire, Tim Tebow, Marla Maples, and the cast of Glee.
