Outraged over the selling of the surveillance video showing Lindsay in the store, Lindsay’s mother Dina tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that they are considering a lawsuit against the shop.

RadarOnline.com broke the story that Kamofie & Co. sold the surveillance tape for more than $35,000, divvying up the rights for TV, the Web, the U.S. and abroad. A spokesperson for the store told RadarOnline.com that business had been hurt by the Lindsay controversy.  The same spokesperson was quoted by the New York Post saying: "There was no profit motive here. The purpose was to get people off their back."

Lindsay Lohan will be charged Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

“Lohan will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. at the Airport Superior Court, Department 144,” Deputy District Attorney John Lynch, head deputy of the Airport Branch, said in a statement released Tuesday.

A day after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Mel Gibson’s attorney met with prosecutors in a last-ditch attempt to prevent criminal charges from being filed against her client,  Los Angeles district attorney Steve Cooley has released a statement confirming the meeting and that a decision is near.

In his statement Cooley said: “Allegations of domestic violence involving Mel Gibson are actively under review by the District Attorney’s Office.

“Mr. Gibson’s attorneys met yesterday with Airport Branch prosecutors and provided information they felt was relevant to the matter. Information received will be taken into account in deciding whether or not to file charges.

Oksana Grigorieva has categorically denied the sensational claim that she tried to bribe a witness in her ongoing legal battle with former lover Mel Gibson.

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the 40-year-old’s rep Steve Jaffe said: “The suggestion that Oksana bribed a witness is patently false. She never has bribed anyone. She is far too smart to do so and she understands the law and has excellent counsel. And besides, she is broke.”
