Jerry Sandusky returned to court in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania on Thursday morning as his attorney said he may resubmit a motion to have the 52 counts of child molestation dismissed.

Sandusky, 68, the former Penn State defensive coordinator, denies the charges that he abused 10 boys over a 15 year period; he remains under house arrest.

A judge ruled on Friday that alleged Penn State child abuser Jerry Sandusky should be given permission to see his grandchildren despite numerous allegations of molestation against him, but their mother adamantly disagrees.

“I do not believe it is safe for my children, or any children, to be around Jerry Sandusky,” argued former daughter-in-law Jill Thomas, who is currently in a bitter custody dispute with her ex-husband, Matt Sandusky, reported the Patriot News.

Although he has yet to head to trial, Jerry Sandusky is already as controversial, infamous and reviled as Casey Anthony, who was found not guilty this summer of murdering her daughter, Caylee Marie.

And, just like “tot mom,” Sandusky, who is facing up to 50 charges of sexually abusing young boys over a 15-year span, is shopping around a sit-down interview with all the major television network players, according to PennLive.com.

The website reports that Sandusky’s attorney, Joe Amendola, told them that his client and his wife Dottie Sandusky are "considering speaking together publicly after the new year ... either to Oprah Winfrey, 60 Minutes, Rock Center or Barbara Walters."

Two more alleged victims have lodged complaints against former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky, and one is coming from within his own family!

Both allegations were brought against Sandusky, 67, in the last two months.

One was brought by the wife of one of his adopted sons, who filed a complaint with Centre County's Children and Youth Services.

Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, strongly denies the new allegations, as he had with all the previous charges against his client.

"The allegations are ridiculous and unfounded. Jerry has absolutely denied any inappropriate contact with his grandkids," Amendola told ABC News.

Earlier this month, Sandsuky was charged with 40 criminal counts, ranging from rape to inappropriate touching of minors, all of whom he met through his The Second Mile charity.

The investigations into the two new allegations are in their early stages.

Attorney Joe Amendola impregnated a teenager who he was helping with her legal ambitions, and then married her, The Daily reported.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Amendola's high profile client stands accused of molesting eight boys over 15 years, from 1994 to 2009. He was arraigned on 40 criminal counts -- 21 of them felonies -- including multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child, indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor, along with single counts of aggravated indecent assault and attempted indecent assault.

Jerry Sandusky's attorney Joe Amendola told the Today Show on Tuesday morning that his client "showering with kids doesn’t make him" a pedophile, and that one of the witnesses to the ex-coach's alleged rapes could be lying.

Amendola said Sandusky "didn’t use a whole lot of common sense" when showering with the youths because of past incidents, but that it “doesn’t make him guilty” of molestation, in the video obtained by RadarOnline.com.

In an interview with NBC on Monday, Sandusky admitted he "shouldn’t have showered with those kids," but denied he's a pedophile, summing up his interaction with the boys as "horseplay."
