Joan Rivers might not be up for the Supreme Court, but you can add her to the list of famous people who’ve been accused of sexual harassment -- and it’s all caught on tape!

Here’s how it went down: The 78-year-old funny lady, on Tuesday’s Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best, was in a meeting with staffers of her company Joan Rivers Worldwide, appraising various pieces of jewelry.

The 78-year-old funny lady, appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Tuesday, took another shot at the queen of the A-list following her now-famous, leg-baring pose at Sunday’s Oscars that still has Tinseltown talking.  

“First of all, did she thinks there’s a surprise up there?” Rivers said. “All of Hollywood has seen that!”

In the overly-staged sequence, Rivers was complaining about stress when a friend (in need) named Lynne stepped in, and the pair went to a clinic to acquire the legal pot. They then traveled to a dead end street, where the impromptu Bob Marley tribute broke out.

During one bizarre exchange, in which Melissa tried to persuade Joan, 78, against another procedure, Joan told her daughter, "My body is a temple, and my temple needs redecorating!"
