Elton John and David Furnish are hoping to unload their condominium apartments for a stunning $5.1 million.

The pair own two units in celeb-favorite Sierra Towers, the building where Cher and Joan Collins reside, and where Lindsay Lohan once called home.

House hottie Olivia Wilde also looked fab in her designer duds, wearing a dark and dazzling Michael Kors ensemble.

Sequins were a hit this week, with Kim Kardashian (in alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet at the NYC opening of DASH), Ashlee Simpson-Wentz (in vintage Chanel at the Decades Denim Launch in L) and Madonna (in a tunic mini and Stella McCartney perforated boots at Fashion Has A Heart in NYC) all scoring Best Dressed nods for their ensemble efforts.

Julianne Moore scored two wins on the wardrobe front, following up her brightly hued Lanvin ensemble at the Rome Film Festival photocall with a dazzling Giorgio Armani one-shouldered gown at the premiere.

It was an action-packed Monday on the red carpet scene from Los Angeles to New York, as stars stepped out to movie premieres and swanky events in the best and worst fashions!

Eva Mendes brought out the bombshell for Glamour Reel Moments Presented by Hyundai, which took place at the Director’s Guild of America, wearing a beautiful bustier dress designed by Lela Rose. Paired with a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and heels, the stunning actress debuted her short film California Romanza in truly dazzling form. Also making her directorial debut in smashing fashion was the gorgeous Jessica Biel, who wore a lovely lace Oscar de la Renta frock with peep-toed platforms.

It was an action packed weekend on the red carpet, as stars got all dolled up in the hottest designer dresses for the most exclusive events across the world, but not everyone made the hot list!

Nicole Richie was perhaps the biggest disappointment of the weekend, hitting the Opening Gala and Unmasking of the Resnick Pavilion at LACMA in a truly over the top Marchesa gown! The fearless fashionista was drowning in the black and white tulle costume, which seemed like a totally out of character choice for the bohochic babe.
