After losing their Newport Beach minii-mansion to the real estate collapse, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino and husband Jim are excited to be making a fresh start in a new house, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details.

"We've found our dream home,"  Bellino, 34, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview Saturday. "It's amazing.  It has a huge long driveway, it has a backyard with all rock landscaping and a place to put a huge trampoline for the kids.   It is one of those houses that I feel I will never grow out of," she explained.

"We don't have it yet we're going to get it - I'm a firm believer of if you think positive it will happen," said Bellino. "We're about two days away from knowing.

"We're going to be buying it, the kids are really excited about moving. Every move is stressful, but sometimes you just have to do it, you've got to move, especially when it's your dream home."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the reality couple bought their previous Newport Beach residence near the top of the real estate market, and put a fortune into renovating it.  When one of Jim's several businesses went bankrupt and other financial pressures mounted, they decided to unload it. With real estate prices crashing, they battled their bank to renegotiate their mortgage, faced down foreclosure, and ultimately sold the place at a huge loss known as a "short sale."

RadarOnline.com caught up with Alexis and Jim at the Los Angeles Live Steamers Railroad Museum to celebrate their son James' fifth birthday, along with their two daughters.

" It has been a lot of fun, there's a whole variety of trains, we're seeing dinosaurs, we're eating cupcakes - it's a great time. James is a huge train fan,: Alexis told us.

The event was hosted by Jim Henson Company and PBS SoCal as an afternoon of Dinosaur Train fun.

Real Housewives of Orange County's Alexis Bellino is set to launch herself into another bitter legal battle, this time against the bank she blames for losing her home.

The cash strapped reality TV star and her husband Jim have had their luxury mansion put up for auction after one of their businesses went bankrupt.

Now RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusively that they don't plan to go down without a fight and will take on Chase if they have to.

"Right now we’re considering legal action against Chase, regarding the fact that they changed the terms of their loan modification agreement," said their lawyer Michael York.

Cash strapped Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino and her husband have sent a letter to their closest friends and business associates in which the pair deny they’re bankrupt.

“To set the record straight, we have not filed bankruptcy,” Alexis and Jim said, in their six paragraph letter which was emailed to pals on Tuesday. 

“I have been buying and selling residential and commercial properties for more than two decades.  I have been working since I was 13 years old, and have made sure that our investments are diversified – we own multiple companies, properties, securities and other assets.

Alexis Bellino and her husband Jim, have had a "property foreclosure notice" published in their local newspaper, The Daily Pilot, against their lavish Newport Beach, CA mansion.

The couple has been in real estate hell almost since they bought it in August, 2007 and did a major renovation, sinking a total of nearly $6 million in the 6400 sq. ft. home.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the  Bellinos almost lost the six bedroom, six bath manse, with its wine cellar, home theater and grand staircase back in August when they defaulted on their $4.5 million loan. The Orange County Register reported that an auction was scheduled but then canceled when the couple worked out a loan modification with Chase Manhattan Bank.

"Chase has been great to work with on my modification," Jim said at the time.  "The trustee sale has been canceled, and the modification has been agreed upon."

But the Bellinos, it seems, still needed to get out from under.  They continued to try to unload the house, and in the last four weeks slashed the asking price.  It went from $4,995,000 on November 10 to $3,695,000 on November 29!

With penalties for missed payments added in, the debt on the house is now a whopping $4,677,635.01 -- but who's counting?

The property foreclosure notice published Friday means that the couple is once again facing an auction sale of their showcase home; the house that in August Jim Bellino said he and his wife and kids planned to stay in for a long time.

The Bellinos join a long list of Housewives -- including Lynne Curtin, Tamra Barney and Jeana Keough -- caught up in real estate nightmares when the bubble burst.

The Real Housewives of Orange County is tentatively scheduled to return on Bravo in January.
