Comedian Jerry Seinfeld doesn’t think Lady Gaga’s antics in his VIP box during a recent Mets-Padres game are a laughing matter.

And despite reports that he’s angry and said she’s a jerk, the “Seinfeld” star simply finds her boring!

“She’s talented. I don’t know why she’s doling this stuff. Oh please, wake me when it’s over,” Seinfeld said during an interview on WFAN with radio host Steve Somers.

The funny man passionately responded, “This woman is a jerk. I hate her,” when first asked about the scandalous singer during the Monday interview.

But Seinfeld was clearly kidding as he talked about Lady Gaga creating a stir during the Mets game. Lady Gaga, dressed in Not Much created a ruckus and was moved from front row seats to Seinfeld’s empty VIP box.

Seinfeld hammed it up on the radio when asked about it.

“I can’t believe they put her in my box, which I paid for,” he said in mock anger.  “You give people the finger and you get upgraded? Is that the world we’re living in now?”

When first asked about the incident, Seinfeld said about Lady Gaga, “I wish her all the best…you can take one ‘’A’ off that and get gag.”

He did seem genuinely perplexed by the Lady Gaga phenomenon, at one point saying: “I don’t know what these young people think or how they promote their careers.”

But it was clear he wasn’t angry and his true feelings seemed to show at the end of the interview when he indicated her antics left him yawning.

He also said he doesn’t believe any publicity is good publicity. Addressing the Gaga situation he said: “People talk about you need exposure. You could die of exposure. I don’t understand how this is good for her.”

When Jerry Seinfeld learned that the NY Mets organization had seated Lady Gaga, dressed in a studded bra and panties in his prized luxury box, and that she’d even given booing fans a one-finger salute, the funnyman took the high road about the incident.

“The Seinfelds take an optimistic view of Lady Gaga’s gesture as a sign that she wants the Mets to be in first place as badly as they do,” a spokesman for the comic actor tells RadarOnline.com.

Jerry wasn’t in attendance at the Mets game against San Diego when the fracus occurred.  Lady Gaga had been given seats right behind the Citi Field home plate, but wasn’t happy with them.

That’s when the Mets PR team realized Seinfeld wasn’t using his luxury box that day, and decided to seat Lady Gaga there.

The New York Mets have apologized to Jerry Seinfeld after Lady Gaga stripped down to just her bejeweled bra and panties and retreated to the privacy of the comedian’s unoccupied box seats during a game against San Diego.

Gaga created even more controversy when she was photographed giving the finger at the game.

Now the Mets have dragged Jerry Seinfeld into the mess!

“We deeply regret that Jerry Seinfeld has been associated with this matter and have apologized to him,” the Mets said in an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com.

Lady Gaga didn’t like the seats she was originally given at Citi Field right behind home plate.

Furious at the attention, Gaga was caught on camera flipping the bird to thousands of fans.

She vanished into a lower-deck concourse -- only to reappear in the seventh inning in the empty luxury box owned by Met super-fan Seinfeld.

HBO's hit series Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming to TV Guide Network, and then some.

Larry David's comedy series will be broadcast on the network uncut from its' HBO versions; following each episode will be a series of seven-to-ten-minute discussions from different four-person panels in which each show will be dissected to its’ very essence.

“There is more than enough to talk about in every episode," said Curb star Susie Essman, who will host each discussion. "Some issues are silly, like Larry refusing to submit to the etiquette about not leaving a dinner party before dessert. But there are a lot of race questions and gender issues. And there’s a surprising amount about people with handicaps.”

Essman said the panels will be composed of “sports figures, rabbis [and] intellectuals;” already slated to appear are NY Times journalist Randy Cohen, Bravo matchmaker Patti Stanger and rocker Rob Zombie.

We can't Curb Your Enthusiasm for too much longer: the show makes its' TV Guide debut June 2.
