Janine Lindemulder has split-up with her husband Jeremy Aikman so that she can share custody of her daughter Sunny from her marriage to Jesse James, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Lindemulder and Aikman, who married only a year ago, mutually decided to call it quits because the former porn star decided that she couldn't run the risk of losing her 7-year-old daughter as she battles James in court.

Jailed porn star Janine Lindemulder has not spoken to her five-year-old daughter Sunny in three days but she’s happy if Sandra Bullock is looking after her daughter while Jesse James attends sex rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned.
It’s understood that The Blind Side actress is also looking after James’ other two kids Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr, 12, by his first wife Karla, while their father gets treatment.
Lindemulder’s husband Jeremy Aikman told RadarOnline.com: “Janine is worried and wishes there was a better line of communication going on right now.

“At the moment because of her situation she cannot do much but like every mom she worries about her child and likes to keep in constant contact with her.

Lindemulder and Aikman only got married last August after he spent five years in jail for firearms possession – the pair’s relationship grew after they met in a half-way house in Hollywood.
Ironically, before the sex scandal involving James and stripper Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee exploded both Bullock and her husband had joined forces in the custody battle for Sunny.
The pair contested that Lindemulder was an unfit mother and that she was exposing Sunny to ‘unsavory characters’.
When news of James alleged affair with McGee broke Lindemulder seemed to mock her ex-husband by Tweeting: Thank God For My Faithful Hubby!
