As 2010 winds down, RadarOnline.com is taking a look back at the top 25 celeb mug shots of the year.

In her first television interview, Rachel Robidoux told The Today Show on Friday that her daughter Jennifer Mee - better known as the "Hiccup Girl" -  "doesn't understand the severity of what's going on right now."

"Does she comprehend what she's facing now, first-degree murder charges?"  Today show host Matt Lauer asked Robidoux.

"I don't think so," Robidoux responded. "She said the last time I saw her that she hopes she's home for Christmas."

Mee made national headlines in 2007 for her 5-week bout of hiccuping, which doctors later linked to her Tourette's Syndrome.

A Florida judge Friday refused to set bail for "Hiccup Girl" Jennifer Mee pending her trial for first degree murder, RadarOnline.com has learned. Defense attorney John Trevena sought to have the court set a bond for Mee, 19, whose unrelenting case of the hiccups at the age of 15 brought her fame in 2007.

But Pinellas County Judge Donald E. Horrox denied the defense motion. He said the fact that Mee has lived as a transient since turning 18, moving from motel to motel, made her a flight risk.

Jennifer Mee, the teen who made headlines three years ago for her devastating battle with hiccups, sobbed - and hiccupped - repeatedly during a bond reduction hearing in Largo, Florida Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com has all the details for you.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 19-year-old was arrested October 24 along with with two men (Lamont Newton, 22; and Laron C. Raiford, 20) in connection with the fatal shooting of Shannon Griffin, 22, during a botched robbery attempt in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Judge Donald Horrox did not issue his ruling on whether to grant bail to Mee Tuesday, but said he will have a decision by Friday.

The mother of the Hiccup Girl — the woman who spent nearly six weeks searching for a remedy for her non-stop bout of hiccups in 2007 — has told RadarOnline.com her daughter is NOT a "cold blooded killer".

Skinner, "Jennifer Mee lured the victim to the address... and Laron Raiford and Lamont Newton robbed him at gunpoint and took miscellaneous items from his person. All three suspects admitted to their involvement and were charged with 1st degree felony murder."
