Amer Haddadin has launched a new bid to get ‘Octo-Mom’ Nadya Suleman and her 14 kids booted-out of their La Habra home in California, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Haddadin has taken the first step to evict Suleman from the four bedroom, three bathroom 2,454 sq ft property where she has been living since Haddadin originally sold the property to Suleman’s father Ed Doud for $565,000 in 2009.

Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman has not been called to testify at the hearing of her controversial gynecologist Dr Michael Kamrava, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
And, if she is ordered by the court to appear then America’s most famous mom will defend the man who masterminded the birth of her octuplets.
Dr Kamrava - who has been accused of gross negligence by the California Attorney General – has a hearing scheduled to take place from October 18 to October 29, 2010 in Los Angeles.

Wearing a red T-shirt that read “Fight Breeding Adopt,” Octo-mom unveiled a banner at her front door of her home Wednesday morning that reads "Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octo-mom. Always Spay or Neuter," RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

“All my children have a loving home,” Nadya Suleman said in a statement, “but the sad fact is that there are not nearly enough good homes for the more than 8 million dogs and cats who enter animal shelters each year.”

Although the single mother of 14 is getting $5,000 from PETA and a month’s supply of veggie burgers and hotdogs for the banner, she said “I wholeheartedly believe animals should be spayed and neutered.”

Attorney Jeff Czech says “she thinks it’s funny, it’s cute.” He also said that the kids eat a very healthy diet and the veggie burgers are in line with that.

Nadya also revealed that he children “desperately want a dog,” but when the time is right she says the dog “will definitely be spayed and neutered.”

In March, People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals offered Nadya the money to help her from defaulting on her mortgage.
According to the seller of the house, Amer Haddadin, Suleman missed a $450,000 balloon payment due in March and she didn't make the last $4,139 mortgage payment and was late on three payments.
Suleman denies that saying she’s not losing her home. Suleman became famous in January 2009 when she gave birth to octuplets—six boys and two girls.

RadarOnline.com has learned that PETA, the People For Ethical Treatment Of Animals, “has offered to help Nadya (Suleman) with a small payment in exchange for allowing PETA to place a sign on Nadya’s front lawn,” attorney Jeff Czech confirmed.

The seller, Amer Haddadin had threatened to foreclose on the home on Tuesday, but Czech has confirmed “I am still in negotiations with counsel for Amer Haddadin in an effort to obtain more time to refinance the balloon note.”
