Gorgeous Jenny McCarthy -- the pride of Mother McAuley High School -- showed off her killer bikini bod on Thursday on the beach near her Malibu home with her on-again-off-again-on-again boyfriend Jason Toohey and son Evan in tow.

McCarthy, 38, has been dating Toohey since last October, following her split from funnyman Jim Carrey. The couple took a break for a while but by the look of things they are firmly back on!

Jenny McCarthy was spotted Friday night cheering on her sister JoJo as she competed in a game for the Lingerie Basketball League in Los Angeles.

The model and actress, who was recently seen on RadarOnline.com weighing 211 lbs. while she was pregnant, looked slim and toned in blue jeans and a black T-shirt.

She was joined at the game by boyfriend Jason Toohey, a former fitness model, who she affectionately draped her arm around as they sat courtside.

Jenny and Jason look to be very much back on track following their split in December 2010 and subsequent reconciliation earlier this summer.

The pair appeared to get fully into the game, clapping and cheering throughout with Jenny even leaping excitedly to her feet when a point was scored.

Earlier this week it was announced that the 38-year-old mother of one will be one of four new faces for representing Danskin, alongside Hilary Duff, Padma Lakshmi and Christie Brinkley.

The model-turned-actress, 38, was joined by Toohey, a former fitness model, to cheer on her sister JoJo as she competed in a game for the Lingerie Basketball League - a competitive women's only league in which the players wear sexy, underwear-inspired uniforms.

Jenny and Jason, who split in December 2010 after five months together, appeared very relaxed, sitting side by side and sharing a plate of nachos.

Jenny's son Evan, 9, also sat in the bleachers just in front of his famous mom.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Jenny has pulled her planned talk show from Oprah's OWN television network. The former Playboy model is said to be considering an offer from NBC.

Jenny McCarthy has been alluding to a new man in her life for a few months now and RadarOnline.com can reveal it is 35-year-old Jason Toohey.

Toohey is a former fitness model who lives in Las Vegas and has taken to – where else – Facebook, to share in his delight in dating the Dirty Love actress.

“Still wallowing in joy after partying with Jenny McCarthy this weekend…and I’m not kidding either!” Toohey’s pal posted on Facebook in late June, to which Toohey responded:

“We all had a blast! Thanks for bringing your A game everyone was making me look good. Hahahahah.”

Toohey’s Facebook profile features a photo of him and McCarthy looking happy and getting cozy. He even took the plunge of officially changing his relationship status to “In a Relationship” on June 24.

McCarthy, 37, split from her longtime funny-man boyfriend Jim Carrey in April stating: "I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane [Jim's daughter] and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart."
