During the hearing, the charges were read aloud, and an automatic plea of 'not guilty' was entered on his behalf; the judge then set a preliminary hearing date of February 15. At that time, a judge will decide if there is enough evidence to order him to stand trial.

The death of Las Vegas dancer Deborah Flores-Narvaez has been ruled a homicide, RadarOnline.com has learned.

A spokesperson for the Clark County Coroner’s office tells RadarOnline.com that Flores-Narvaez was strangled and died by asphyxiation.

Her dismembered remains were found in a downtown Las Vegas home Friday, placed in cement-filled tubs; an autopsy was scheduled for Monday, officials said.
