The Legally Blonde star bought the 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom bungalow when she was married to ex-husband Ahmet Zappa, but now that she has a new man (in the form of fashion designer Jason Bleick) and a new baby in her life, she’s ready for a change of scenery, reported RealEstalker.com.

Built in 1922 and located on a leafy road in Hollywood, the cottage has a modern, minimalist décor with clean white walls, stainless steel appliances in the spacious kitchen, and large windows to let the light flood in.
