Amy Winehouse Foundation Plans Stalled — Name Already Registered

Plans for The Amy Winehouse Foundation have been delayed because someone else has already registered the name, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Mitch Winehouse had planned to set-up the charity in memory of his late daughter – who was found dead at her London home last month aged just 27 – to help young addicts, but has had to postpone establishing the organization after hitting a problem with the registration.

Mitch said: "Somebody else pinched it off of us before we could get it registered. All these donations which are coming in - we don't know what to do with them at the moment.

Mitch and Janis Winehouse, the parents of late singer Amy Winehouse, were distraught as they arrived at her London home early Monday, days after her death at just 27-years-old.

"You've got to do what you've got to do," Mitch Winehouse told reporters outside the north London home. "I know a lot of you, we've been together for five, six years, I know you've got a job to do. I'm glad you're all here anyway.

Singer Amy Winehouse missed her grandmother’s funeral because she was on trial in London for allegedly assaulting a fan, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

While the singer was in court,  she was unable to mourn at the graveside, but after the hearing was over, she joined family and friends to pay her respects.

Winehouse, 25, was said to be devastated by the death of her 86-year-old grandmother Esther, who had suffered from Alzheimer’s disease and lived in a care home.

Tragic singer Amy Winehouse’s mom has issued an S.O.S. plea to her daughter to finally kick her massive booze binges.

The Back To Black singer is supposed to be re-covering on St. Lucia but fears remain that she is still drinking heavily as she tries to conquer her addiction.

Janis Winehouse made her comments during a television documentary as new images of her famous daughter surfaced drunkenly playing on some drums.
