Porn Star Loses Battle In Jesse James/Sandra Bullock Custody War

Janine Lindemulder, the porn star embroiled in a custody dispute with Spike TV star Jesse James and A-lister Sandra Bullock, was denied expanded visitation rights for her daughter with James, Sunny, in an Orange County, California family court on Monday.
Lindemulder is currently seeing the child during limited daytime hours; she had hoped to receive regular overnight visits with the 5-year-old, but Commissioner Thomas Schulte denied the request. The commissioner did grant her one overnight -- Christmas Eve -- with the addendum that Sunny be returned to James and the Speed star by 12 p.m. Christmas day.

Janine Lindemulder, the porn star embroiled in a custody dispute with actress Sandra Bullock, told Good Morning America Tuesday she would like to sit down "woman to woman" with The Proposal star to try and work things out.

The child custody battle between Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James and his ex-wife, former porn star, Janine Lindemulder is getting nasty.
James and Bullock have had custody of James' five-year-old daughter, Sunny, since January, following Lindemulder's incarceration on tax evasion charges.

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James is still attempting to monitor ex wife Janine Lindemulder influence on their child. A judge ruled on Tuesday that for at least the next sixty days Lindemulder will have visitation rights though James has had full custody of their daughter while she was in jail for tax evasion.

James, flanked by his lawyer, appeared before the judge at the Lamoreaux Justice Center to determine custody and visitation rights for his daughter Sunny. Lindemulder was also present. For the next sixty days Lindemulder will get six hours of visitation every Sunday and may pick up and drop off the child from 10:00am-4:00p.m. She may take the child on trips to the park and does not have to be monitored.
James’ attorney raised concerns that Lindemulder had remarried someone she recently met at her Federal half-way house- a place she will staying for at least the next four weeks. Her new husband has a criminal history including numerous felonies. His convictions include possession of a sawn-off shot gun, Methamphetamine manufacture and possession, several DUIs, and driving without a license.
Lindemulder defended her husband and claimed the couple are determined to leave a life of crime behind them and move forward. She also explained that she could leave rehab sooner if the judge for her criminal trial approves her desired future employment as an adult video blogger- a profession apparently approved of by her parole officer.
The next hearing is December 7th 2009.
