Britney's youngest son Jayden James just couldn't bear to leave the Sugar Factory candy store in Las Vegas, so much so that the poor little tot burst into tears and had to be comforted by his mom.

Britney, her dad Jamie, Jason Trawick and both her sons hung out at the candy store where Sean Preston and Jayden James were told they could pick anything they wanted. Sean Preston picked the Halloween basket while Jayden James picked out some yellow and white candy.

Adnan Ghalib is free to marry again, should he find someone!
The former paparazzo and ex-boyfriend of Britney Spears has finally had his divorce finalized.

Ghalib’s wife, Azylynn Berry filed for separation January 18 2008, citing irreconcilable differences for the split.
In interviews at the time, Berry - who wed Ghalib in 2003 - claimed that the couple were still together when the Birmingham snapper began his relationship with Britney.

Ghalib dated Britney Spears for a brief period of time at the beginning of 2008, during the time she was first hospitalized against her will.

After their relationship ended, Britney’s father, Jamie, filed for a restraining order, which was granted for a three year period.
On June 8th 2009, the Los Angeles County Superior Court ordered Ghalib to pay the conservatorship of Britney Spears $11,500 to cover legal fees and costs it incurred in obtaining the restraining order against the photographer.

There is no end in sight for the Conservatorship of Britney Jean Spears. On June 28, her father Jamie Spears filed a legal document certifying that he has obtained a $1.5 million bond to act as his daughter’s legal guardian. Why this bond was required this long after a judge put Britney under a conservatorship isn’t explained.

Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi doesn't want to pay attorney's fees racked up by her father Jamie Spears for seeking the restraining order against Lutfi. In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Lutfi states, "The conservators requests for attorney's fees, and costs in the total of $323,3587.02 of which $123, 124.08 is sought against Lutfi.

The ongoing legal circus surrounding Britney Spears continues as her dad, Jamie Spears has formally responded to Sam Lutfi's lawsuit against the Spears clan he filed. Sam's lawsuit which was filed on February 3, 2009, claims breach of contract, and jamie Spears has responded in court papers, "Defendant J. Spears denies generally each and every allegation of plaintiff's unverified First Amended Complaint, and denies the Plaintiff has been injured or damaged in any degree, amount, or sums, or is entitled to any relief at all."

Adnan Ghalib will get his day in court and that day will be May 18.
That's the date that was scheduled Monday in a Van Nuys California court for a preliminary hearing relating to three felony charges against the paparazzo who once dated Britney Spears. Ghalib is accused of running over a man trying to serve him with a restraining order. That man, Ram Maskowitz, was granted a restraining The District Attorney's request for protective orders for Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, Jayden James and Jamie Spears was turned down, because restraining orders are already in place.
Britney Conservators Allowed To Explore Expanding Tour

Britney’s tour may be expanded to include Europe, Australia and more U.S. dates, after a court action Tuesday.
In a meeting with Britney’s conservators, Commissioner Reva Goetz gave permission for them to look into keeping Britney working, but put off a definitive ruling.
Britney’s dad Jamie was present. Parties were in chambers for more than two hours and the open court action took less than two minutes.

A thorn in the side of Britney Spears' camp, Jon Eardley- who claims he represented the pop singer- just won't go away despite her father Jamie's temporary restraining order against him. Eardley has filed a motion with the court formally requesting that Spears attend a hearing on April 21 so that Eardley can cross examine her.
