Raffaele Sollecito is going to beat Amanda Knox to the punch in getting his tell-all book about their romance, murder convictions and release, into book stores.

Sollecito's Presumed Guilty will be on sale this fall from Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books.

Amanda Knox is looking more relaxed than ever, back home in Seattle with her new boyfriend James Terrano.

In legal paperwork published on Thursday, the Italian judge who announced that Knox was victorious in her appeal of her murder conviction, explained the decision.

"Even taken all together," the judge wrote, the prosecution's evidence does not "prove in any way the guilt of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito for the crime of" killing British student Meredith Kercher.

Prosecutors are still planning to appeal the reversal, but the likelihood of them ever getting her back into prison is definitely not in their favor.

On Friday, she and Terrano did some holiday shopping, had lunch at a Chinese restaurant, and even posed for pictures with fans.

Amanda is now back in school and working on a book about her ordeal.

After spending the past four Christmases behind bars in Italy, it would be an understatement to say that Amanda Knox is happy to be home for the holidays, and her family can't wait to celebrate with her, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

"We are very happy to have her home for the holidays," Amanda's stepmother Cassandra Knox told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"We’re looking forward to spending it with the family and away from the media."

The 24-year-old has fallen for music student James Terrano, and the pair are spending lots of time together, according to UK's Mail on Sunday.

The couple have been seen leaving Terrano’s apartment in the city’s Chinatown area arm in arm and out shopping together. They reportedly spent every night last week at his home.

Terrano’s brother, nuclear physicist William, 27, confirmed the relationship.

“Yes, she’s dating my brother,” he said. “They have known each other for years. We’ve all been friends since before Amanda went to Italy.”

Amanda’s new beau is a music student at the University of Washington and Knox is said to be returning to school soon to finish her education.

She had been studying languages when she took her fateful trip to Italy in 2007 where she was accused and convicted of murdering British student Meredith Kercher. Knox was released last month after her conviction with its 26-year sentence was overturned.

Her ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, who was also convicted and released, recently told Italian TV show Quarto Grado that he accepts his relationship with Knox is done saying, “it is all over between us."

“I still have a great affection towards her but nothing else,” he revealed. “Our love was like a seed that was not allowed to grow because it was brutally stamped on.”
