Paris Hilton's Alleged Stalker Ordered To Stand Trial

Paris Hilton's alleged stalker, James Rainford, has been ordered to stand trial on two felony counts of stalking, and three misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Rainford was arrested on July 4 in Malibu after he was found outside Hilton's Malibu beach house rental. Rainford was ordered last year to stay away from the hotel heiress.

Rainford attacked Hilton's ex-boyfriend, Cy Waits, on April 27 before Waits and Hilton entered the Van Nuys courthouse to testify against Nathan Parada who was accused of felony burglary at Hilton's house.

James Rainford, who was caught trespassing at Hilton's Hollywood Hills pad last October and then assaulted the socialite's now ex-boyfriend Cy Waits outside court in April, will possibly face a judge Tuesday in a Van Nuys, Calif., courtroom.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Rainford was arrested outside of Hilton's Malibu home for violating a restraining order keeping him at least 200 yards away from the reality star.

James Rainford, the man who famously attacked Paris Hilton's ex Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles-area courtroom, is in custody on $20,000 bail Tuesday after he was arrested for violating a restraining order keeping him at least 200 yards from the socialite.

Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies responded to a call in Malibu on Monday, after a witness claimed to see Rainford staring at Hilton's Malibu home from the beach.

An eyewitness told the Daily Mail Rainford "was hanging around on the beach while Paris was inside."

"Someone recognized him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past, and the cops arrived pretty quickly. They checked him out and led him away, he was handcuffed and put into the police car.
