Oprah Winfrey is getting an Oscar!

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences says that Winfrey, along with legendary actor James Earl Jones and makeup artist Dick Smith, will be honored with Oscar statuettes at the Governors Awards in November.

The academy's Board of Governors voted Tuesday to recognize the trio for their individual achievements.

Max is the 6-year-old boy who's the talk of the country after starring as a small Darth Vader in a Super Bowl commercial (that's since gone viral, to the tune of more than 20 million YouTube hits) in which he turned on a Volkswagen Passat using "The Force."

After 54 years on television, the soap opera As the World Turns aired its final episode on Friday and to commemorate the event, RadarOnline.com has compiled a photo gallery of some of the stars who started out on the venerated soap.

Young starlets Amanda Seyfried and Emmy Rossum were both on the show in 1999 playing Lucy Montgomery and Abigail Williams, accordingly.

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova appeared in 2009 and 2010 as the character Clarissa as well as the irreverent Parker Posey, who was on in 1991 and 1992 playing Tess Shelby.
