Jake Gyllenhaal may be one of the most gorgeous men in Hollywood but that didn't stop him from dropping a pretty penny on beauty products Friday afternoon in Los Angeles. Keeping his face looking young and smooth is part of the job, after all.
He'll need that and then some for his next acting assignment. Later this month Jake is off to Pittsburgh, PA to start production on Love and Other Drugs. The film is based on the memoir "Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman" and reunites him with Anne Hathaway - the two last worked together on Brokeback Mountain.

Elton John dedicated his classic song Tiny Dancer to Reese Witherspoon during his August 1 concert at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Reese, her kids and boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal were all on their feet through much of the outdoor show and were even shown on the big screen, much to the approval of the rest of Elton’s fans.
Reese is in the City of Brotherly Love shooting her latest movie, a so-far untitled project with director James L. Brooks, costarring Jack Nicholson, Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson.

Jake Gyllenhaal stepped out on Wednesday night for a low-key outing with another famous face. But don’t worry Reese, it wasn’t another gal!.The actor hit up a baseball game in Los Angeles with his brother-in-law Peter Sarsgaard.
“Jake was there with Peter and some other guy, it looked like another dad,” an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. The threesome sat in the Dugout Club seats as they cheered with the rest of the sellout crowd as the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Cincinnati Reds six to two.
With wedding rumors heating up between him and Witherspoon, maybe he’s getting some tips on how to be a step dad to her kids Ava Marie and Deacon?

If there was any question about why Reese Witherspoon is hooked on Jake Gyllenhaal - these first pictures from his next movie Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - should give the answers.
Those arms...that sword! Jake, 28, says he took on the film because he was "tired of taking myself so seriously" and he even performed many of his own stunts. The Jerry Bruckheimer-produced epic shot on locations as varied as Morocco and Santa Cruz, CA and comes out May 26, 2010.

Both on a break from their bustling movie careers, Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon enjoyed a night beneath the stars on Sunday. The couple joined a fellow grouping of celebrities at the Hollywood Bowl for the Ray LaMontagne/Jenny Lewis/Blitzen Trapper show.

After a few hours of swaying to the smooth musical stylings with other notables like Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, and Evangeline Lilly, the couple tried to make their way through the gaggle of assembled photographers.
One possible reason for Gyllenhaal's intense gaze? An unusually mellow Witherspoon who seemed in a slight stupor from possibly one too many glasses of wine.
Soft rock, a studly date, and a swig or two of Chardonnay- sounds like a wonderful way to end the weekend. Kudos to Reese!

Nothing like an A-list couples drama to get blood pumping--and a forthcoming flick starring Natalie Portman, Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire looks like it won't disappoint.
The three younger members of Hollywood's Van Guard star in Brothers, about a military widow (Portman) who gets romantically entangled with her husband's brother (Gyllenhaal), until they both discover he (Maguire) is still alive.

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are giving Michelle and Barack Obama a run for their money as the Cutest Couple in the Capitol! The adorable duo - that's Reese and Jack - were spotted Monday morning leaving their gym in matching work-out ensembles.
Their work-out followed a low-key but busy weekend for our lovebirds.
On Saturday, with Reese on location with her new film, the James L. Brooks-directed comedy How Do You Know?, RadarOnline.com spotted Jake at the Georgetown Farmer's Market picking up an organic mixed bouquet of flowers for his lovely lady.
Looking his hunky-best in shorts and a baseball cap, Jake also stopped by the Baby Love DC charity clothing drive where he posed for pictures (in the rain!) with comic actress Ali Wentworth and told fans he hoped to get involved in the charity.
That night, Reese and Jake reunited for a romantic dinner date at Komi where the Washington Post reported they engaged in some after-dessert cuddling on the same side of the table. It was one of those "get a room" moments, which might explain why the two disappeared from view all day Sunday.
