Jaime Pressly is waiting for blood test results in her DUI case and believes those results will be significantly lower than the .22 she registered in the field, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The My Name Is Earl beauty was officially charged Tuesday with driving under the influence. She was arrested January 6, 2011.

"Jaime's blood test results aren't back yet," a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com. "Jaime did register a .22 on a portable breathalyzer test that was given to her before she was arrested.
